perfect place to stay in San Vito lo Capo out of the chaos of the country but still not far from the beach and downtown. Prestigious villa, very beautiful, attention to detail and well furnished and equipped. The veranda is very wide, surrounded by a garden with lawn, furnished with garden furniture to enjoy the beautiful summer days. This is decorated with plants and palm trees that give a green color to the outside of the property. The veranda is ideal for lunch and dinner outdoors. In the veranda you have outdoor shower and barbecue. The villa consists of one double bedroom, a twin bedroom with bunk bed and single bed (triple) and a double sofa bed in the living room. full bathroom with all sanitary with shower. In each room, guests, there is a car pass that allows you to easily go to the beach and park only 150 meters from the beach. The villa is equipped with TV-dig, hair dryer, washing machine, iron, barbecue, outdoor shower and air conditioning. To reach the beach or the town center is recommended a means of transport (car, scooter or bicycle). Ask for more information in this regard.

Vacanza in famiglia

Villa bellissima, inserita in un residence situato in zona collinare che sovrasta San Vito Lo Capo.Gli esterni sono meravigliosi, peccato solo per i divanetti esterni che erano pieni di peli di gatto (nel residence c'erano diversi gatti che giravano nei giardini delle ville). L'agente immobiliare si è scusato per l'accaduto ed ha provveduto a farci avere dei teli da posizionare sui divani. Ripeto, la villa è bellissima e molto funzionale. Siamo stati benissimo. Il mare si San Vito è spettacolare; abbiamo visitato con escursione la Riserva dello Zingaro, Scopello e le isole Egadi. Un'esperienza meravigliosa, posti ancora incontaminati. Cibo fantastico!!!

Perfetta, consigliatissima

Tutto perfetto, casa molto vicina al mare e al paese, trovata pulitissima e con tutti i comfort che si può desiderare. Giardino molto grande e tenuto bene. Host molto gentile e disponibile per tutto anche durante il soggiorno in villa. Super consigliata per chi vuole venire a san vito lo capo; unico appunto è di avere la macchina perché la casa è un po in collina a circa 2 km dal paese, anche se si può anche prendere un taxi per raggiungerla

Villa Alice merita da sola il viaggio . Curata nei particolari , attrezzata perfettamente e in posizione comoda al centro e alla spiaggia ma in contesto esclusivo l’abitazione offre gli spazi e gli agi per i più esigenti .

Nice spacious house on a hill

The house is fenced in with many other houses in a kind of housing estate - holiday homes - I did not expact this setting from the pictures - all other pictures from the interiour and the garden are showing what you see in reality. We stayed there as a familiy of four - 2 adults and 2 children - The place was perfect for that. However you need a car to get to San Vito Town Center. The host was not available a lot, we arrived quite late and picked up the key in a hotel in town, then we didn't get the chance to talk to the host in person for the whole week which was a bit strange as every other house in the estate was deserted too (end of October - out of saison) and we felt a bit left alone. However it is a nice place if you look for a quiet accommodation a bit of the beaten track. There is everything in the kitchen we needed to do basic cooking, fridge, freezer and washing machine to use.
