This beautiful apartment is located in front of the sea in an old fisherman's house.
The three bright bedrooms are on two floors and the large terrace with a wonderful view of the sea.
The apartment is fitted with air conditioning, a high-tech kitchen with a steam oven, a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, an espresso machine. A washing machine and dryer is also available, as well as sat channel equipment for French and foreign channels. Here you will find peace but you are also immediately in the streets of the bustling city with its cafes, restaurants and shops. Everything to spend a relaxing and unforgettable vacation.
Towels and sheets are provided in the rental. There are two large parking spaces near the apartment which is located in the pedestrian zone.

Stylisches Appartement mit problematischer Parksituation
Das Appartment ist sehr schön und modern und ist mit sehr hochwertigen Geräten ausgestattet. Zum Essen und Kochen war alles reichlich vorhanden. Trotz der zentralen Lage sehr leise. Klimaanlage ist zwar etwas laut, funktioniert aber perfekt für angenehme Temperaturen beim Schlaf. Bäcker, Metzger und viele gute Restaurants und Geschäfte in direkter Umgebung. Traumhafter Strand nur 5min vom Haus. Es gibt nur einen Nachteil den man nicht verschweigen sollte. Alle großen Parkplätze in der Nähe sind kostenpflichtig (19€/Tag!). Kostenlose Parkplätze nur am Hafen beim Genuaer Turm. Von dort läuft man aber 15 min zum Haus. Nur zwei Mal in einer Woche ist es uns gelungen einen kostenlosen Platz an der Straße in der Stadt in der Nähe des Hauses zu ergattern. Dazu muss man aber Glück haben. Betreuung vor Ort spricht leider kein englisch oder Deutsch, am besten alles vorab mit der Vermieterin klären die gutes Deutsch spricht.

Très bel appartement au coeur de l'Ile Rousse
Très bel appartement, très bien équipé, avec une vue incroyable et à quelques mètres de la plage. Seul inconvénient la rue d'accès est piétonne ce qui complique les opérations de chargement et déchargement (bagages , courses…)

Merci beaucoup de votre visite et de votre commentaire pour les courses et les bagages il faut s’organiser soit se faire livrer ou le matin jusqu’à 10 h la circulation est autorisée justement pour décharger les livraisons courses des personnes qui logent dans la rue. C’est en outre un avantage de ne pas avoir de voiture qui circule pour les enfants etc...

Die Lage machst!
Voll ausgestattete Küche, saubere Wohnung, ordentliche Betten und auch besonderen Flair haben wir in vielen Mietobjekten dieser Preisklasse vorgefunden. Die Besonderheit dieses Objektes ist seine Lage. Wer gerne mitten im Leben ist ohne gleich dem Trubel ausgesetzt zu sein wird sich hier sicher wohl fühlen. Boulangerie, Markt, Restaurants und auch Bars sind direkt um die Ecke oder innerhalb weniger Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir empfanden dieses Leben als sehr erholsam und können die Wohnung daher nur weiterempfehlen.
