This lovely one bedroom apartment is situated on the exclusive Altamira complex in the Del Duque area of Tenerife. The apartment is located in the best place on the complex as it is on the 5th floor with sea and pool views.



The Space:

A bright and well-presented one-bedroom apartment located within the Altamira complex in the sought‑after Del Duque area of Tenerife. Set right on the seafront, the complex offers excellent access to coastal walks, high‑quality restaurants, and one of the island’s most desirable beaches. Positioned on the 5th floor, the apartment benefits from sweeping views across the pool and out to the ocean. Inside, the bedroom features a double bed, while the lounge includes two sofa beds, allowing the space to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. The balcony is furnished with a patio table, chairs, a sun lounger, and a retractable awning for shade. Additional features include ceiling fans, a large flat‑screen TV with satellite channels, and a well‑equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster. The bathroom includes a bath with an overhead shower. The apartment is scheduled for full refurbishment in May/June 2026.



The apartment now has fast wifi internet access.



A cot can be provided on requested (free of charge).



The guest will be charged a prepayment of or the total price of the reservation anytime. Please double check with us on the payment schedule.



We can offer beach towels for €2,50 each.

Great location

I chose Altamira for its location in the best part of Costa Adeje. The terrace and views are second to none. It’s in. Really lovely spot. The apartment is a little basic and would benefit from some upgrading but this didn’t spoil my time there.

The apartment was exactly as listed and the photos were of the property. Customer service was very good and whilst I would recommend the property to friends and relatives I would avoid doing so as I would want to book it again myself. All amenities you need are close by but at the same time it is quiet and peaceful. The recently reopened gastro bar attached to the Altamira complex was a real bonus.

Wonderful Christmas break at the Altamira

We enjoyed our 3 week stay at the Altamira very much. The apartment was clean and comfortable with a superb view of the sea and swimming pool. The two double sofa beds in the lounge area were a great addition and my children slept well. There are ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom and some additional fans within the apartment that were a god send, the apartment would definitely benefit from some air conditioning especially in the summer months. As we stayed for 3 weeks a washing machine would have been really helpful. Towels and bedding were changed weekly. The pool area is very quiet so not ideal if you have younger children that want to make a lot of noise. I would say the complex consists of mainly the older generation that return year after year and stay for many months at a time, this wasn't a problem for us as my children are getting older now. The swimming pool would benefit from being a bit warmer especially in the winter months, this stopped us using the pool as much as we normally would when on holiday. The on site restaurant was nice with a good variety of meals. For us, the Altamira is in a lovely position right on the sea front and you have many bars and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk. It was disappointing that the apartment did not have its own private wi-fi like many of the other privately owned apartments, we paid extra at reception for each device to be connected so this did work out quite expensive over the 3 weeks. Overall, we had a brilliant time, great weather and enjoyed the apartment very much and would definitely return.
