Carlsbad Winter Escape 2023

This property is ideally situated. A short walk from both the beach and all the amenities of Carlsbad Village. Though a bit older, it was in immaculate shape and very well equipped. The manager, Tim, was always available and very helpful (I would certainly deal with him again).

Well-worth it

3-level condo with terrific location: less than 3 blocks from beach and village. Extra-large 2-car garage with washer & dryer. 2 master suites top floor. Living area + kitchen 2nd floor. Sofa bed in LR. Large deck (see photo) off 2nd floor. Smaller deck off main master top floor. Very clean, nicely appointed, well-equipped. Train tracks less than a block away--but you actually enjoy the sounds. And after a week you don't even notice them. There is a yapping dog next door but it's a very minor annoyance. Nice neighbors. You'll be quite comfortable & happy there. Then there's the "service." Tim P is the man! He could not have been more accommodating and responsive. We had a few minor issues/needs first few days as far as kitchen items. The last week the garage door spring needed replacement. He was all over it. Kudos, Tim!

Excellent stay

This condo is in a great location! Super close to the beach and to many restaurants and coffee shops. We walked easily all over downtown Carlsbad and on the boardwalk almost daily. The private garage was hugely helpful. The condo had more things than we expected: plenty of cooking supplies and towels and hand soap, dish soap, beach chairs and umbrella, etc. My wife and 3.5 and 1.5 year old daughters and myself stayed for six weeks while we had work done on our home. One thing to note is that there are two sets of steep stairs in the house. There were some baby gates in a closet that we didn’t set up and luckily our kids did okay on the stairs for the most part. The water pressure in kitchen sink and showers was also lacking but not a big deal. Overall, this place is pretty wonderful and more affordable than most other spots we looked at. And Tim, the property manager, is so lovely. It was easy communicating with him and when we realized the coffee pot was broken, he had a new one to us immediately. I would highly recommend this spot in Carlsbad!

Great location!

Walking, beach, volleyball and surfing all a block away. This 2 bedroom condo was great for a Winter stay. The smart TV was really good for our pizza night in the house.

Beach walkers delight

This location was perfect for us, as we are great walkers. Everything was @ our fingertips.The train station& bus stops are just minutes away. The property was ideal,loved the outdoor balconies, used them every day.Tim was a phone call away & was there quickly to help us if anything needed fixing.we had a wonderful month @ this spot& loved it

333 Pine Ave is the ideal beach house condo !!

This property and the property manager deserve 5 stars in all categories !! The location is great ...very safe neighborhood....incredibly close to the beach , shopping n, and wonderful restaurants all within walking distance . Tim the property manager was very helpful and always available ... The best advice that I can give to everyone is to book it now before someone else does !!

Great Carlsbad Location My daughter and I stayed here in the Fall and came back in the winter because we liked it so well. This property is super convenient for both the Beach and the Village. The manager Tim Piowaty was very attentive to our needs. We highly recommend it. and hope to come back every year.

Great location, comfortable place!

This was our second year staying a month in Carlsbad, we love the condo and its location to the beach and village. We love that it has a garage so we can bring our bikes and have a place to keep them safe. It is a clean and comfortable place and Timothy is very accommodating.

Fantastic locatio

Wonderful condo close to beach - highly recommend

Mark and I thoroughly and enjoyed our stay at the condo on Pine in Carlsbad. Tim was very helpful. When he met us at property he was very friendly, showed us all around and explained everything thoroughly. We had a wonderful stay there for a month. The condo is lovely and so very comfortable. It was had to leave. I would We enjoyed all restaurants we visited. Highly recommend this property. Thanks for everything.

Great location!

A very nice condo with a great location. We stayed the month of February and were 3 half blocks from the ocean and about the same from Carlsbad Village. We walked to the ocean, to restaurants, shops and even the train station for a ride into San Diego. Condo description is accurate and there is a balcony off the master bedroom and a second balcony off the dining area. Tim Piowaty immediately handled all of our concerns (we had few) and we hope to return.

Great place

We rented this Condo after renting a home from Tim in the next city over. This Condo is quite nice inside and out. The views are great too. Tim took great care of us both in Oceanside and here in Carlsbad. I don't recall having any real issues but any time I had a question or need Tim returned my call even after hours. We have two small children and this was a good place to stay for them as well.
