The stunning Villa compromises of 5 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms!
It's has 3 large living room areas all fitted with cable TV.
The outdoor pool that's has a stunning rock feature also has a barbecue area and a private bar area.
Pool table table tennis
There is also a children’s play area ideal for toddlers .
Kiti has many amenities and lots of history.
Located just a 3 minute walk away from the Villa is the historical church of angels visited daily by people from all over the world! The camel park is a 10 minute drive from the villa,there is wind surfing areas and water sport beaches all within a 8 minute driving distance!
Just a ten minute drive away is the historical salt lake with a picnic area.
The closest beach is only a 7 minute drive away
It's takes 10 minutes to drive into Larnaca City Center.
Kiti has plenty of bars , coffee shops, restaurants,24 hour bakeries, ice cream parlors ,tradition kebab houses, banks and ATM machines..

What makes this property unique
ti (Greek: Κίτι [locally [ˈt͡ʃiti]]; Turkish: Çite) is a village in the Larnaca District of Cyprus, located 11 km southwest of Larnaca. In Kiti there is Byzantine church Panagia tis Angeloktistis (Greek: Παναγία της Αγγελόκτιστης) or Panagia Angeloktisti (Παναγία Αγγελόκτιστη, "Panagia Built by Angels"). According to local tradition, the residents of ancient Kition (Larnaca) moved to Kiti in order to escape the Arab invasions.[2] They decided to build church (basilica), but according to tradition foundation of church moved overnight. According to legend army of angels was coming overnight to build church, and therefore name of church Angeloktisti (built by angels).[2]
