Modern well equipped apartment in Tremosine

The apartment has a living area with modern kitchen cupboards, fridge/freezer, hob and microwave, though no oven. There is a table, settee and tv in same room as the kitchen. The bedroom is a good size with plenty of storage and keeps cool compared to the outside temperatures. Plenty of towels and linen provided. Unfortunately the washing machine advertised was not there, this being our second venue and week in Italy we had washing to do! After we showed the agency the apartment details they said they would provide a solution, however the cost of going to a laundrette in Pieve was down to us. There is a small shop and a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but for more choice a 5 minute drive to the main village Pieve provides a wider choice of restaurants, a good supermarket and helpful tourist information centre. There are also stunning views above Lake Garda. The drive up to Tremosine from Lake Garda is quite an adventure along a very narrow steep windy road. A great place for walking/cycling. In the morning there is some noise as there is a wholesale bakery across the way with cars/vans arriving and holiday apartments and a hotel nearby.
