Construction Update – Long Beach Resort (As of April 2, 2026)
We are excited to share that construction at Long Beach Resort is winding down and the property is quickly returning to normal operations!
The lagoon pool is now open and available for guest enjoyment
The pool between Towers 1 & 2 is also open
Towers 1 and 2 are fully complete
Tower 3 is substantially complete
Tower 4 is in its final stages and wrapping up
While there may still be some minor work and loose ends being completed, the vast majority of the project is finished.

At this time, beach access is available through Towers 1 and 2 only, but additional access points are expected to reopen soon as work concludes.

We truly appreciate your patience throughout this improvement project. With construction nearing completion, Long Beach Resort is almost fully back to normal—and ready to provide the exceptional beach experience our guests know and love.

Begin your long awaited vacation at our wonderful condo at Long Beach Resort, located on the sixth floor of Tower 1. This unit sleeps four comfortably, with a king size bed in the master and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room. The bedroom has a TV/DVD, and the living room has a TV/DVD/VCR and stereo. The dining area seats four for a sit down dinner or card game, and there's three stools at the breakfast bar for those quick meals. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances, dishes and flatware you will need, and the large bathroom has a huge tub and shower with double marble vanities. Step out onto your private, 30 foot balcony to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and warm Florida sunsets.Long Beach Resort has a huge lagoon pool (6800 sq ft)with islands and waterfalls, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), three whirlpool spas, a poolside bar and grill (seasonal), on-site jet ski/umbrella chair rental and 24 hour security with gated access and plenty of parking.This condo is perfect for a long weekend, summer vacation or an extended stay!! Loved the resort had pool an right on the beach condo was nice only down side was shower was old an sliding door to balcony was really hard to open other wise will book it again

The room needs some upgrades. Wasn’t the cleanest. But the view was Amazing from the Balcony!

The stay was overall great! The property is in a great location the view is amazing! With a few upgrades and a little more cleanup would be no complaints would be 5 star ⭐️ !

This was the first time we had stayed in this particular condo. It was perfect for the two of us with plenty of room. The bed was a little hard but that's not why we go on vacation. We had great weather and the balcony is spectacular. The condo was adequately equipped except there were not many forks. We had a great time!!

Love this Condo

We loved this place, I did have to wash the bed quilt because it was dirty but everything else was good. The property is nice, the pools are nice and clean, loved the huge balcony, spent most of the time out there. The cabinets do need cleaned because they are sticky, I cleaned them. Overall it was a 9 out of 10!

Panoramic Views

Bathroom needed deep cleaning, garbage disposal did not work, living room furniture needs replaced for comfort seating and bedroom bed needs replaced. The view from the condo was excellent and the patio furniture was good. The location in PCB is the best. You are close to everything you need.Walmart is right across the street about 1/2 mile. We enjoyed our time and look forward to staying at Long Beach resort again. Again, the location of Long Beach resort is great.

Gulf views are fabulous….

Overall fantastic!!!! Although we were charge for a cleaning fee so I expected a pristine place there was dust stuck to ceiling in the bedroom over the bed and the bathtub bottom has been eaten up by I assume the sand. I wouldn’t place anyone’s bottom on it. Overall it was a wonderful place to watch the beach.

great condo, great view, great stay

Second time we've been able to stay in a condo managed by Kim's, we'll definitely always to try and find one of her units. Rooms are always clean and exactly as shown/advertised, all the necessities always provided. Check in is a breeze, we were concerned because this was a last minute trip and we didn't have time to receive anything by mail. Kim made sure everything was waiting on us at the security gate as soon as we arrived. We tend to like to stay on a higher floor but the 6th floor unit was high enough to see far out into the ocean (and watch dolphins each day) and high enough to be above any noise from the ground. Can't wait to return!

2021 Vacation

This unit needs some serious updating. The air conditioning needs to be checked out as the whole unit felt wet the entire time we were there. Our clothes, papers, the furniture, carpet all of it was damp. The ceilings are black around the registers, this does not look good. Whoever does the cleaning of the unit needs to wear a hair net as we found hair in the tub, in the towels and dish towels, hair everywhere, yuck. But the advertising of the unit is accurate, good location and the balcony was big and comfy.

It was simple and very friendly experience got my parking pass on time like I was told also if I had any questions I called them and they were amazing with me they also called me a day before to let me know I could enter the room earlier than the time I was scheduled overall my first time at the beach and first time staying in a condo was awesome thanks again

Quick post covid getaway

We had a great time. We were worried with the storm Cristobal but it worked out ok. Only 1 day of rain. The condo was great. Clean and exactly what the computer showed. The balcony was amazing and we loved it. The pools especially the lagoon pool were awesome. I like it had more than 1. The hot tubs were great on the rainy day. Check in was a breeze. Location was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The Bed and the pool

The bed was uncomfortable and creeked a lot, the closest pool to our tower was out of order and it wasn’t worth the walk to the next also the bar and grill at the pool closed really early

Great Condo...Amazing Views

Had a great time at this condo. Plenty of space for our family. Great views..weather was really good except for the last 2 days. Double red flags were out because of TS Barry but we spent more time at the pool. Lots of things to do and great restaurants within a 5-mile radius.
