Only 5 minutes from Historic Downtown Flagstaff, yet tucked away in a quiet, serene environment, you can't help but feel at home in this wonderful luxury home.

The townhome features beautiful vaulted ceilings with lots of windows that allow the natural light in. A nice size open deck is great to grill out as a family and eat an evening meal,relax with a bevrage after a busy day . A nice sized great room with comfy couches , cozy fireplace, and large flat screen television, blu-ray player and video game console.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, making for easy meal preparation. The kitchen features a large refrigerator with ice maker, built in microwave, coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, dishwasher, and a full array of cooking utensils and dishware.

This townhome is 1407 square feet with the kitchen, dining, great room, and half bath on the main level and laundry room, and 2 master bedrooms with private baths upstairs. One bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, tv and wlk-in closet. The second master suite is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds each with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top, and a closet.

Just minutes from I-17 and I-40, and surrounded by a variety of dining and shopping options, this home is the perfect home base for all of Flagstaff's attractions. The Arizona Snowbowl is a quick half-hour drive, and offers world class skiing at a family friendly resort. Sedona is an hour drive south and the Grand Canyon is an hour and half drive north, providing some of the most beautiful scenery in the country.

Wonderful townhome in a lovely, safe neighborhood

My husband, daughter, and I rented this townhouse for 4 months, and we had a great experience. The location is extremely convenient to restaurants, walking trails, NAU, the airport, and the interstates, and it was clean and very spacious and comfortable. The property manager was also excellent at responding to any questions or issues that came up. Would definitely stay again!

Enjoyed our stay in this home. Well equipped and clean. The pictures accurately depict the home. The house is very close to several hiking trails, parks, restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to downtown Flagstaff. Highly recommend.

Too much pet hair

This could have been great but the pet hair was overwhelming. Furniture and carpeting was covered with hair. It appears the housekeeping was not inspected or approved by anyone. I spent a great deal of time vacuuming. Not quite my idea of a vacation.
