The townhome is a comfortable 1,500 square foot two-story townhome. It offers all the amenities and comfort that you will need any time of the year. High speed internet Wi-Fi, cable TV, and central AC are all included.

Downstairs
Master bedroom: The master bedroom is located downstairs in an open living space. The previous owners had one of the bedroom walls removed to create a more open environment. Privacy curtains have been installed. In this bedroom is a queen-size bed with a small walk-in closet. Adjacent to it is a bathroom with a shower. Down the hall is the kitchen, the dining area and the living room.

Living room: Enjoy the 55" TV while reclining on a lazy boy couch. The TV has a Roku player set up for you to log in to your favorite streaming services. Cable television is also provided for your enjoyment.

Kitchen: The kitchen contains everything you need to prepare a meal. Dishes, flatware, pots, pans, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more can be found in the kitchen cabinets and the walk in pantry. Across from the pantry is the side-by-side washer and dryer.

Upstairs
Guest bedroom: This bedroom has two twin beds (daybed), small working desk, and a 37" TV. The TV also has a Roku player that allows you to connect to your streaming content; cable TV is not included with this TV.

Office: This bedroom has a large office desk and dry erase board - perfect for anyone who is working remotely. There is also a futon couch that converts into a full-size bed.

Bathroom: Between the two bedroom is a bathroom with a tub and shower.

Outside
Backyard/Patio: The small backyard is enclosed (no exit/entrance except through the house) and has a deck with patio furniture and an umbrella. There is also a gas grill.

Continental Country Club
Membership to the country club amenities can be transferred to guests at an additional cost.

*NOTE: There is a security camera/recording device in the front porch, the garage, and the back porch. These are all outside the home and their field of view do not include any interior spaces. If you have questions about this, please do not hesitate to ask. Also, the closets are inaccessible as well as some kitchen cabinets, however, there is plenty of space to store personal belongings and groceries.
