About this property

Townhouse with pool in charming village close to the city of Seville

Two-storey townhouse in the village of Umbrete located on the countryside in a beautiful setting surrounded by olive groves and wineyards. The construction of the house was finished in 2010 and it has not been furnished until 2014 and only used since summer 2016.

The house is about 130 m2 with a 50 m2 patio and 20m2 garage. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 8 sleeps comfortably and we can accommodate 2 more people in extra beds. Ground floor with bathroom, spacious living room with a double sofa bed and well equipped kitchen. Access to the patio from the kitchen and living room. The patio is equipped with a barbecue, table, chairs and sunchairs. The size of the pool is 7x4. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms, one with a small balcony and en-suite bathroom. There is a total of 2 bathrooms on the upper floor.

Located in a residential area only a few minutes walk from the village centre, nice restaurants, bars and shops. Across the street there is a small convenience store open every day. The city of Seville is only 10 minutes away by car, there is also a good bus connection. 45 minutes from the closest beach and mountain area. 20 minutes from the airport in Sevilla.

El peor sitio donde he estado en mi vida

La casa, desde el primer día, esta sucia. Los sofás tienen manchas, y tuvimos que ponerles dos sábanas nuestras para podernos sentar. El patio y todos los alrededores de la piscina están llenos de humedades, la ducha tiene moho y las baldosas del suelo están sueltas. Hasta mi hermana se cortó en el pie andando descalza. La barandilla de las escaleras está totalmente fuera y se mueve entera. Los techos están llenos de telas de arañas que hemos tenido que quitar. En las habitaciones, los colchones de las dos habitaciones individuales son muy finos y tienen manchas de todo tipo (sangré y orina). Las láminas de madera de uno de ellos estan rotas. Los ventiladores están sucios, y el aire del salón está pegado con cinta aislante y vibra, haciendo mucho ruido. Además, pone casa adosada a estrenar, y como podrán ver, es mentira. He puesto una queja formal. Es una vergüenza

Stay in Umbrete

We wanted a house near to Seville to use as a base for touring the area and this property was absolutely perfect. It was clean, spacious and well equipped and the air conditioning and swimming pool were especially welcome as it was very hot during our stay. The house was in a perfect location, just 5 mins walk from the centre of Umbrete and a well stocked supermarket. Also very convenient for the bus to Seville. The area was nice and quiet and it was safe to park our car outside. The booking process was easy and the owner was very helpful and easy to contact via the website.

une location au calme et tout pres de seville

maison agréable dans un village calme. Commerces à proximité , Seville à moins d'un quart d'heure .La piscine n est pas de taille " olympique" mais est très agréable surtout par cette chaleur en aôut .La location est très adapté pour 2 couples ou au plus pour cinq personnes .Cela reste un très bon rapport qualité prix . Très bon séjour à UMBRETE dans une maison très agreable .

The house is located in a quiet residential area only a few minutes walk from the centre of Umbrete which is a charming village with historic sights and many nice restaurants. It is very close to the beautiful city of Seville and a good starting point to explore Western Andalusia and the Algarve coast of Portugal.
