The house is close to the town of Aubagne and in frond of the "massif of St-Baume"
It is in the middle of a 6000 m² leafy park, surrounded by olive and fruit trees groves, complete privacy.
This 250 m² provencal style villa has an air-conditioned living room,a fully equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms, a large bathroom whith bathtub and 2 schowers, a laundry and additional shower, 3 toilets.
Two of the bedrooms are fitted whith showers italian style.
You will be just 5 minutes away from a shopping center an ther is an easy access to main roads and freeway.
The house is located 10 minutes from the beaches of CASSIS and LA CIOTAT.
The swimming pool (10m x 5m) and the nearby summer kitchen with barbecue and brick oven will allow you to spend enjoyable time in this beautiful place.
Everything is provided to care for small children.
