Had the most amazing week at Villa Alabarce with Spain Sun Rentals. The team were amazing, 1st class and very professional. Fast to respond to our queries and always at hand to help. The villa was perfect. Exactly as advertised, clean, spacious and well laid out. Getting around - it was possible to walk to the beach but it was down a long hill at the end of the complex (10 mins down, 15 mins or so back) but further than that we would say car hire is essential (especially for shopping, trips into Nerja, torrox) . We highly recommend Spain Sun Rentals and would use them again if we return to Spain.

We just spent 2 weeks in an absolutely incredible villa in Torrox! From start to finish, everything about this place was top-notch. The villa itself was squeaky clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and let's not forget the stunning views. Pictures just don't do it justice! We booked our trip pretty last-minute, but the property management company, SpainSunRentals, had us covered. A special shoutout to Maribel - she was super helpful, answered all our questions promptly, and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Plus, we got to meet the owners, who are just as lovely as their property. It's clear they put a lot of care into this place, and it really shows. Thanks again to Maribel and the whole team at SpainSunRentals!

Peaceful relaxing spot with lovely pool - we had a great time

As family with two young teenage girls we had a great time here. Beautiful pool and outdoor areas, always a shady spot (or a sunny one) could be found somewhere. Parking was spacious and security good. You need a car, even the beach would feel a long way to walk in the afternoon heat, but Nerja is nearby, as is Torrox with great options for supermarkets, cafes restaurants and bars. Having an outdoor cooking space was great too. Granada and Malaga are each about an hour to drive to and recommended visits. Finally Spain Sun Rentals set up a WhatsApp group with us which was excellent, informative, fast and friendly - a superb way to communicate with the management company. Minor suggestions only: The selection of knives was a bit limited in the kitchen and one pool cue tip was loose. We tried table tennis but were too worried about losing balls off the terrace so stopped - maybe it could be rearranged?

Wonderful Villa near the Sea

This is our second visit to Villa Alabarce we especially love the large terrace and view of the sunrise every morning over the Mediterranean. The location is great just between Nerja and Torrox and accommodations are very comfortable. The service from Spain Sun has always been excellent and Maribel especially has been very helpful with any issues that may arise. The only thing that made this visit less than ideal was the noise from the nearby building construction, which began every morning at 8:00. Obviously you have no control over this, however I feel that potential renters should be advised of this beforehand. Ambiance and environment do affect the quality of one’s stay. Other than this, everything was excellent!

The villa was just perfect. For us the location was perfect as we had a car. The outdoor space was fabulous. The villa was very clean. Communication with the team particularly Maribel & Ara was excellent & they responded to our queries very quickly. The villa was everything advertised & more & we had a fabulous stay. An information folder with basics such as local taxi number, nearest bospital, recommended restaurants, market days, local places to visit etc. An additional 2 ping pong raquets to allow 4 play together is a suggestion. We also arrived late & it would have been nice if a few essentials such as lighter for candles had been left. Villa has coffee maker but no sample pod so we were unsure what to buy. Also the single log pillow wasn't great but that's just a personal preference. A queen bed in the bigger double room would definitely be a suggestion. It was a top notch holiday but the above small but simple suggestions would make it even better.

Schönes Haus mit sehr schönem Aussenbereich! Pool war herrlich warm und ist auch mit kleinen Kindern gut zu nutzen, da man den Poolbereich absperren kann. Kleiner Makel sind die sehr schmalen Doppelbetten. (Weniger als 1,40)

September/October covid getaway

Typical Spanish villa quite remote up a dirt track, great views and very quiet and peaceful. No phone signal for me and WiFi was very slow and intermittent. Plenty of space and a great outdoor kitchen area
