Welcome to Deer's Run, a Gorgeous, Luxury home with your own Private BRAND NEW, THERAPEUTIC, HOT TUB / SPA overlooking the Private Forest in the most desirable, upscale, new area of Spokane.
Add a Pool table, Ping Pong Table, Shuffleboard, Foosball, 2 kitchens, Private Patio, and *Seasonal Deck, and you have the makings for your perfect "Stay-cation"!
Amazing Forest Views, yet just minutes to Downtown. No need to fight the traffic or take long haul to Colbert, Deer Park, Mead or the valley to stay in a large home, this home is just mins to downtown.
This gorgeous, newly remodeled (2025), *6-bedroom home can host 25+ guests (extra guest fees + Extra Cleaning apply- Depending on number of guests.)

There are Beds for 18 people and 5 Sofas (4 Large and 1 Medium Sized) for a total of 23 Sleeping Areas for guests. Guests are welcome to bring Air Mattresses and Sleeping Bags. Please note, while we do leave several throws and blankets throughout the home, we provide linens, etc., for our beds only; we do not provide extra linens for sofas and air mattresses, etc.

We follow all WA state codes, therefore, we are NOT ALLOWED TO HOST "EVENTS" (Weddings, etc.) unless the "event" is only for the guests staying on the property. All guests must be registered and paid for.

*PLEASE NOTE: This is our more moderately priced, 6 Bedroom version of our 7 Bedroom Home for Guests who want all the wonderful amenities of a luxury home, without incurring the extra costs of a 7-bedroom home they may not need. (Note: The Luxury Master Suite is *ONLY* included in our 7 Bedroom option. This Suite is NEVER rented out [to other Guests] if Guests rent this 6-bedroom option, the 7th-bedroom Luxury Suite is merely closed off. We've been renting this more moderately priced, 6-bedroom option version of this 7-bedroom home for a 10+ years [mostly on other sites,] and it has been a very popular option. Currently, the 7th bedroom, Luxury Master Suite is closed for remodeling and does not appear on this site, please contact us if interested and your dates are available for your stay after the remodel is complete.

1 Small-Med size dog will be considered. (No large dogs will be considered due to the damage larger dogs can do to the wood floors.) Extra Fees will apply. Additional charges will apply for excess hair and animal "messes", etc. left after check-out, in addition to the "Pet Fee".
*SEASONAL DECK-(May 1st-Nov1st, weather permitting) Due to the Deck being located under a massive Evergreen Pine Tree, our insurance requires us to close off the Deck under it, Winter/Early Spring due to the potential of heavy snow or rain-soaked large branches falling and hurting our guests. We hope our guests read and understand this, we just want everyone to remain safe. Thank you.

Some small gatherings will be considered. Please Note PARTY FEES: Every person who is on the property, even if it's just for the gathering must be a PAID, REGISTERED guest, as per the city of Spokane and our insurance. EXTRA CLEANING/TRASH FEES (Starting at $65+ Depending on size) will apply for small *PRE-APPROVED* gatherings. Please email for further details. The home is not allowed to be rented for "events."

Please note: This home is located in a *very* quiet neighborhood and is NOT suitable for "Spring Break/Bachelor Party" type events. ) All gatherings must be pre-approved. And EVERY GUEST (even if they are not staying on the property) must be registered and paid for.
This home is located in a beautiful, upscale, peaceful, neighborhood and we do not wish to disturb the neighbors or the tranquility of the natural surroundings. This property is best suited for small gatherings, family reunions, business meetings, memorial/funeral events, small elegant dinner parties, etc.)

A FEW THINGS TO CONSIDER BEFORE INQUIRING / BOOKING THE HOME:
1) We do not do previews of the home.
2) Every guest must be registered and paid for. We do not "break up" nights for individual guests. (IE, Jack is only staying 1 night, Emily is only staying 2 nights, etc.)
The City of Spokane requires ALL guests to be registered and paid for.
This applies to children as well.
We are also required to obtain the names of ALL guests and the names and ages of all minors who will be property.
3) The address is not released until after payment is received by HomeAway/VRBO and * 24 hours before the check-in day.
4) Check-in time is 5:00.
5) Small to Medium, well-trained Dog will be considered.
6) NO SMOKING or DRUGS of ANY kind, please. This includes outside the home.
7) Please do not move the Ping Pong, Shuffleboard, and/or FoosBall Tables or any of the furniture.
8) Please do not roll luggage over the wood floors or carpeting. Please lift and carry it throughout the home.
9) All correspondence is conducted through the email system here. The phone number provided on the listing is NOT monitored, so no phone calls or texts, please.
10) The home is frequently updated, therefore, furniture, flooring, and paint may appear different than in the photos. Anything different from the pictures is new and always an upgrade. The home is primarily decorated in neutral colors. (Gray, Beige, Black, Off-White, etc.) The beautiful forest provides most of the color for the home.

Please READ the following:

-- > The home does have Central Heat and Air Conditioning, but the home will absolutely be warmer on the upper levels than the lower levels, most notable for about 4-6 weeks during the hottest weeks of the summer. Aside from adding fans and space heaters, and a portable A/C unit in the warmest room, there is nothing we can do about this, outside of re-building the home, (which we have no plans on doing.) Please consider this before booking the home.

-- > We HIGHLY recommend buying a Traveler's Insurance policy in case of an emergency. We do not issue cancellations or refunds due to events (Weddings, Sporting Events, etc.), being canceled or delayed, break-ups, missed flights or illnesses, etc. This includes Covid and/or any pandemic outbreak.
