Villa Le Facezie is one of these places, an early 20th century Liberty-style building which was totally renovated in 2018, with great passion and attention to detail, in order to rediscover the authentic beauty of a Tuscan villa

Villa Le Facezie can be rented exclusively to a couple, a family or a single group, to fully enjoy the entire location.

Renting the entire Villa Le Facezie is the best way to spend a holiday in Tuscany in complete privacy with the chance to live the Villa, the Garden, the new swimming pool, the jacuzzi and all the internal and external spaces of the B&B, included the large private kitchen.

Inside Villa le Facezie you will find 4 bedrooms, all with A/C, private bathroom and furnished with antiques, adding to the experience of a charming holiday in Tuscany. The building was completely renovated in 2018 with attention and passion for vintage details. The numerous frescos and Liberty stuccos which decorate the rooms have all been restored to their original splendor.

The Villa is surrounded by a large aromatic garden, reserved for guests, with a new swimming pool, a big veranda and solarium and jacuzzi area. This is a place of peace and relax, where you can read a book, stroll among the plants and taste local wines and food.

The person who chooses Villa Le Facezie for their stay is a lover of Tuscany and the pleasant atmosphere that can be felt in this region. Ideal for families and couples, to stay just for a weekend or for a longer holiday.

The price changes according to the number of guests and of the bedrooms used.



The change of linen is midweek. Daily or midweek cleaning on requested (extra service)





In case of 6 guests. the rate includes the use of 3 of the 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, of your choice. 4th room will be closed and there will be no other guests in the Villa. The rest of the Villa (kitchen, veranda, garden, swimming pool…) will be at your complete disposal.



In case of special needs, we are available to evaluate the best solution.

The use of additional rooms to those included in the rate must be reported when booking and may involve additional costs.

Tuscan paradise

We had a fantastic time in such a beautiful and tranquil setting. Vanna, Giovanni and Christina were such warm and generous hosts, who were so wonderfully hospitable and kind. The villa was a perfect escape as well as great base to explore the region. The new swimming pool at the hot and tiring day sightseeing was a great hit with the family. The huge breakfast spread each morning was amazing. Hope to spend more time and stay longer in the future. Grazie to Vanna, Giovanni and Christina

Lovely stay in Tuscany

We had a lovely time staying at the Villa, and Christina (and family) was a wonderful host. Christina speaks good English, and was helpful with local knowledge - and made us / gave us some lovely local food whilst there!! The villa is nice and secluded and beautifully decorated and maintained. The patio / terrace, pool and hot tub were all lovely to use. We visited Siena, Florence, Pisa, San Gimignano, the beach whilst there - so all easily accessible. You can walk into the village for bakery, pizza, restaurants, etc.. Full size supermarket a 5min drive away. Would highly recommend staying, and would go back and stay again.
