Located right on the Saronic-sea coastline just 50 minutes west from Athens and only 20 minutes from Corinth City (Ancient Isthmus/Corinth Canal) and Loutraki City with a large Casino and the famous Natural Spring Thermal baths.

This rustic Villa offers mountain and sea views from the upstairs balcony and crystal clear beaches minutes away. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One master bedroom with queen size bed, ensuite bathroom on the ground floor and a second bedroom also on the ground floor with a queen size bed. The third bedroom is on the upper floor in a loft open concept sleeping area with two single beds side by side (see photos). 2nd full size bathroom also on ground floor.

The property is centrally located between Athens and Patra just minutes from the Olympia national Highway (E94) which connects Athens international airport with Corinth and Patra. There is also a suburban train (Proastiakos) that takes you straight inside Athens international airport and the train station (Agioi Theodoroi or Saint Theodore) is 5 minutes away from the villa.

You will find 2 supermarkets, pharmacies, ATM banking machines and various coffee shops, restaurants, taverns, fast food stores, bars, shops, and bakeries to choose from in the area. There is also a farmers street market every Saturday where you can find fresh fruits and vegetables, locally made wine, organic honey and all kinds of Greek food products.

Enjoy swimming in the crystal clear waters of the Saronic sea in the organised well known "pefkakia"(pine trees) beach just 2 km from the villa. At night you can walk on the cobblestone beautiful pedestrian street by the sea where many coffee shops, restaurants, tavernas and beach bars are lining the seafront of the town of Agioi Theodoroi.
