"Casale Giacinta" ancient cottage between sea and mountains with swimming pool

Relaxing and spacious apartment in an old farmhouse with total privacy entrance on the large private terrace FRONT SWIMMING POOL, close to both the sea and the mountains, ideal for families; it is located on the first floor facing the swimming pool consisting of a large double bedroom (6 x 4 meters), a bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with shower, a closet, a large, well-ventilated covered terrace with a dining table. The farmhouse of the early twentieth century completely renovated; the hydromassage pool was recently built, the farmhouse is surrounded by a large garden of roses, jasmine and centuries-old olive trees with a 360 degree view of the Gran Sasso and Maiella massifs.
The interior is carefully furnished in poor art style with fireplace in the kitchen, usable.
On the panoramic and airy terrace, in old bricks and wrought iron, you can breathe a great sense of freedom.

Lovely stay in a beautiful house

The house has a beautiful garden and swimming pool and is well equipped. We had the apartment on the first floor with covered terrace. It is a good spot to visit the sea, the mountains and beautiful villages.

Perfekte Unterkunft! Eine bessere Küchenausstattung bekommt man in einer italienischen Ferienwohnung nicht (25 Jahe Erfahrung mit italienischen Ferienwohnungen). Auch deshalb waren wir bereits zum 3.ten mal da. Der Checkin ist völlig unproblematisch. Man kann auf Englisch per WhatsApp oder über den FeWo Chat kommunizieren und es wird sofort geantwortet. Der Salzwasserpool ist optimal und brennt überhaupt nicht in den Augen. Der Pool ist auch für kleinere Kinder optimal und sehr sauber (tägliche Reinigung). Wer wandern will, an den Strand möchte oder Städte besichtigen will ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Vielen Dank Giacinta!

Authentieke villa in rustige omgeving

Het huis straalt een typische Italiaanse plattelandsvibe uit, gelegen tussen de vele olijfboomgaarden.Pro: Fantastisch zwembad, wordt elke ochtend gereinigd. Prachtig zicht op de bergen van op ons terras. (Appartement 4)Veilig afgesloten domein waar de kinderen naar hartelust kunnen spelen.De regio is heel divers, voor ieder wat wils!Contra: je moet voor alles relatief ver rijden. Het leuke strand van Francavilla is 30’ rijden, voor de bergen zit je snel 75’ in de auto.

Superbe endroit

Appartamento ottimo e attrezzato di tutto il necessario, con ampio terrazzo coperto e bella piscina in uso ai 4 appartamenti, il tutto in un contesto rurale che permette di godersi la vacanza in tutto relax, fuori da contesti piú caotici, ma comunque non lontano da Pescara e della costa. Proprietari molto disponibili e gentili. Insomma, davvero consigliato!

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Wiche bei Giacinta. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Terrasse ist wunderschön und groß, so dass wir die meiste Zeit draußen verbringen konnten (sogar bei leichten Regen). Der Pool ist richtig toll und wir mit viel Liebe von Giacintas Mann gepflegt und wurde von uns sehr häufig benutzt. Das ganze Haus mit den 4 Ferienwohnungen liegt auf einem sehr schönen und gepflegten umzäunten Grundstück. Auch die Tischtennisplatte und der Grill wurden von uns viel benutzt. In der Nähe sind sogar einige sehr zu empfehlende Restaurants. Giacinta ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und alles in allem haben wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen.

Wunderschön

Wir waren im August 2 Wochen in dem Haus von Giacinta in Pianella. Die Wohnung war optimal für uns, unsere 3 Kinder und unsern Hund. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Die Gastgeber achten auf liebevolle Details. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohnen und Urlaub machen benötigt. Die Gastgeber waren sehr gastfreundlich und herzlich. Vom Casale Giacinta aus konnten wir viele wunderschöne Städtchen oder auch Pilgerstätten wie Volto Santo in Manoppello besichtigen, Wanderungen unternehmen und auch ans Meer fahren. Vom Haus aus sieht man wunderbar die Gebirgslandschaft von Maiella und Gran Sasso. Aber der Pool war für uns alle ein Highlight. Er ist sehr groß und immer sauber, da er täglich gereinigt wird. Unsere Kinder wollten ihn am liebsten gar nicht mehr verlassen. Pianella ist unbedingt wieder eine Reise wert!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir haben dieses Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal die Ferienwohnung gebucht. Der Salzwasser-Pool (brennt überhaupt nicht in den Augen und viel besser als Chlor!), die Küchen-Ausstattung (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffemaschine...), die Betreuung durch Giacinta, die Lage für Wanderungen in den Naturparks - einfach nur Klasse. Wir haben den Urlaub einfach nur genossen und kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Heerlijk en schoon verblijf. Bedden en klimaat in huis minder

We hebben een fijne week gehad in deze ruime vakantiewoning. Alles was super schoon en netjes. Helaas geen airco en ventilator en bij het openen van de ramen s nachts nogal wat geluiden van buiten. Matrassen waren erg zacht en bij aangeven werd er direct een nieuwe gekocht. Enorm behulpzaam!! Helaas echter, was die keihard. Door warmte in huis en slechte nachtrust is onze beoordeling minder geworden.

Beste Niels, ik heb hard gewerkt om de te zachte matras binnen een paar uur te vervangen en het spijt me dat ik je niet tevreden kon stellen. Omdat ze zich op het open platteland bevonden, werden de nachtelijke geluiden veroorzaakt door dieren en door de wind die in die dagen erg heet en aanhoudend was. Na een uitzonderlijk hete zomer hebben we voor het volgende seizoen besloten om het huis uit te rusten met airconditioning. In het verleden, gezien de zeer luchtige ligging op een heuvel, werd de behoefte nooit gevoeld.

Abbiamo passato una piacevole settimana in questo casale immerso nella campagna e dopo aver viaggiato in moto durante il giorno la sera ci siamo potuti rilassare in piscina. Proprietà veramente molto pulita e curata , non potevamo trovare di meglio.

Wir können uns den sehr guten Rezensionen nur anschließen. Eine perfekte Wohnung inkl. sehr sauberen Pool und eine sehr gute Betreuung durch die Vermieterin. Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal für Wandertouren. Im Umkreis von einer guten Stunde sind die herrlichsten Wandergebiete mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Ihrem Hause. Es ist so liebevoll und ins kleinste wohlfühlende Detail eingerichtet. Auch die Außenanlage mit Pool lädt zum Erholen ein- und wird mit viel Engagement gehegt und gepflegt. Der Kontakt verlief ohne Probleme und wir hatten von Beginn an, dort herzlich willkommen zu sein. très belle location - bien équipée

la location est située dans une très belle propriété ou se trouvent 4 locations. très grande et belle piscine. Il manque peut-être un ventilateur en cas de grosse chaleur. A recommander sans soucis.

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Ferienanlage!

Wir haben jetzt zum zweiten Mal mit unseren drei Kindern Urlaub im Casale Giacinta verbracht. Die Wohnungen sind sehr schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Außerdem ist die Außenanlage wirklich traumhaft, so dass wir wieder einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub dort verbringen konnten. Vielen Dank liebe Giaginta!
