Apartment with luxury finishes, built in 2010, inserted in a building of 3 floors and only 6 residents, Consisting of 3 Bedrooms 2 double rooms 1 with private bathroom and whirlpool bath (room1 ) and 1 with also private bathroom with hydromassage shower and a 1 twin bedroom with two single beds and one bathroom social support but no shower, has to share bathroom , 1 kitchen, 1 pantry and 3 balconys. The blinds throughout the house are electric. There is air conditioning in the living room.
All finishes are of excellent quality.
It is located in Loulé and on foot is easily in the center of the city. It is located 12 km from Vale do Lobo Beach and 11 km from Quarteira Beach. 19 km from Faro.
Excellent view to the sea and to the Church of Our Lady of Mercy (Mãe Soberana) .Swimming pool just around the corner.
