Great neighborhood for families or professionals!
A 5-10 minute DRIVE: Downtown, CHI Health Center, TD Ameritrade Park, Old Market, Creighton or UNO, Baxter Arena, Blackstone, Benson, UNMC.
A 2 minute DRIVE from a grocery store, Walmart and several restaurants.
A 5-15 minute WALK from half a dozen bars.
Kitchen stocked with all necessary pots, pans, etc.
One king, two queens and two twins.
All the mattresses are comfortable and high quality. Just replaced the two twins with varying firmness levels from top tier manufacturers.

No smoking or pets.
$100 damage deposit will be fully refunded if there is no damage to the property.

Awesome Host!!

Caleb is an awesome host! So easy to work and communicate with… questions were answered quickly! His flexibility with scheduling was so helpful! We loved this cottage, so full of character, that we called home for a month! The bunk room upstairs and the entertaining space in the basement were a great bonus! Everything was clean, well stocked and easy to find! If you’re ever in Omaha… this is the place to stay

Great house for the CWS

We had a great stay. The house matched the advertisement. Great location. Great man cave in the basement. We will try to stay again when FSU makes it back to the CWS.

Cute bungalow in Morton Meadows

Great place for access to med center and mid-town Omaha. Layout is great for four adults, but be aware that the four other beds are on the second floor in a large room, and the second full bath is in the basement. The house has a lovely updated kitchen and baths and all the beds were very comfortable. Our host was very responsive and attentive to our questions and needs.

This is a great, cute house just minutes from downtown Omaha that was perfect for our stay. Clean home with a nice finished basement and plenty of beds. Home owner was very attentive when we had questions and made sure we had everything we needed.

Springtime in Omaha

We were a group of 7 women that traveled to Omaha for the B-H annual meeting and this property so suited our needs. It was located in a residential area that made all of Omaha accessible to us and after a long winter seeing Omaha in bloom was so welcome. The house is exactly as pictured and we found Caleb to be a wonderful host welcoming us with a bottle of wine, chocolate and letting us know when the house was ready and that he was available should we need something. We would rent here again should we return to Omaha.

Good quality rental. Close to all highways and in a quieter residential neighborhood. Caleb stayed in contact before, during and after rental and our stay. Front room is nice and quiet and a great place to read and just relax. Caleb made his place available and comfortable to stay in without any issues. Nothing fancy but worth the rental fee, very clean and comfortable. Would recommend it to any parent or family member with students at UNO or Creighton (10 minutes away)

Accomodating and cozy place to stay

I had my employees stay at this rental when they were in town for a 3 week job. They loved the space in the house! Caleb was accommodating and helpful. He checked in with the guys on occasion and all was good. We will definitely be looking to rent from Caleb when we are in town next time. Thank You! So much nicer than staying in a hotel .....

Very nice older neighborhood, and convenient to restaurants and grocery. The finishes on this house are outstanding. Caleb has done a wonderful job of updating this older home. We would definitely book this home again.
