Villa Delfini & Gabbiani - Villa Delfini & Gabbiani

The property consists of three separate units that can also be rented separately but all in the same garden. The main part we will call VILLA, the last floor of the villa we call MANSARDA and a wooden house
that we will call BUNGALOW. The VILLA is developed on two floors with a large living room and a kitchen, a small bathroom and a bedroom with two beds and a private bathroom, on the ground floor. On the upper floor there are two other bedrooms and a bathroom: the lilac bedroom with two single beds and two extractable ones, the blue bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed, both rooms overlook a terrace overlooking the sea. The three units enjoy access to the private sea.

Ein herrlicher Ort!

Sehr schönes großzügiges Haus mit fantastischer Aussicht direkt am Meer. Ein kleiner Infinitypool, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Billardtisch und ein halbprivater direkter Zugang zum Meer machen den Aufenthalt zum Vergnügen. Das Dachgeschoss und ein kleines Gartenhaus werden separat vermietet.

Eigentlich ein sehr schönes Haus, ABER...

... direkt hinter dem Haus verläuft eine Bahnstrecke auf der teilweise im Minutentakt, selten aber mit länger als 30 Minuten Pause, Züge fahren. Diese Bahnstrecke wird leider in der Anzeige nicht erwähnt, was wirklich ein Versäumnis ist, da auch nachts noch (Güter-) Züge fahren. Nachdem dieser erste Schreck überwunden war, hatten wir einen schönen Urlaub. Die Fotos sind teilweise etwas "optimistisch" fotografiert. So ist der Pool eher ein Tauchbecken, was aber trotzdem herrlich ist. Wir hätten nur gerne die Maße vorher gewusst. Das untere Schlafzimmer und das dazu gehörige Bad sind sehr dunkel und nicht einladend. Die beiden oberen Zimmer sind wunderbar und haben einen Traumblick auf das Meer und die Küste. Die Beschreibung eines privaten Strandes trifft nicht die Realität. Es gibt unterhalb des Hauses einen Slipsteg, bei dem sich auch ein Kiesstrand befindet. Das letzte Stück dahin führt nicht mehr über eine Treppe, sondern man muss etwas klettern. Zur anderen Seite läuft man über einen guten Weg an der Felswand entlang zu einem Platz mit Felsen, von denen man Schwimmen kann. Badeschuhe sind zu beiden Seiten sehr zu empfehlen. Claudia hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes sehr gut betreut und war jederzeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit. Als ich am Ende meine Geburtstagsgeschenke habe stehen lassen, hat sie sie mir nachgesendet! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmal dafür! Wenn man die Einschränkungen des Hauses kennt, kann man trotzdem einen sehr schönen Urlaub dort verbringen.

O.M.G. The pictures don't do the property justice

This property is awesome! We stayed here at the end of our vacation in Italy. After the hectic schedule and stress of the vacation, this was the perfect place to relax for a few days! The pictures don't capture how beautiful this place is. Wake to the soft sounds of the sea. Walk down a few steps to the rocky beach. Recco is a great place to stay (think Cinque Terre, but without the influx of a thousand tourists every day). We absolutely will be back here when we can, but will need to stay a little longer.
