Apartment "Laguna Rosa" is Located in Playa Flamenca. Playa Flamenca is a known tourist resort. Located by the sea and lagoons, from which salt is extracted to this day. Thanks to this, there is a microclimate in the locality of this area, which has therapeutic properties which attracts tourists from all over Europe. This region has been recognized by the World Health Organization as one of the healthiest places in the world.

An attractive apartment for holiday rental in Playa Flamenca, Costa Blanca South - just 500m from the beach. The property makes up part of Residencial Oleza Garden Village I - an attractive and quiet residential area boasting a 2 wonderful swimming pools green areas. The property is after complete renovation and full furnished. The apartment has two levels, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom upstairs, spacious lounge-diner, well-appointed kitchen, plus a sun terrace with garden and swimming pool views downstairs. The property comes with Air-Conditioning as standard. WIFI available upon request.

The complex has a gate entry system and has a car parking. The apartment is within walking distance to shops, bars, restaurants, a bus stop, plus the wonderful sandy blue flag beaches of Playa Flamenca ( 500 m ) and La Zenia ( 1 km ).

The first 100 KW per week/ 15 KW per night is included in the rental price.
In the event of a situation where more than 100 KW is used an additional amount of 1 Euro per 1 KW is charged.

Playa Flamenca boasts an array of services and amenities and is a short drive from many fantastic golf courses including Las Ramblas, Campoamor and La Colinas. San Javier airport is only 20 a minute drive away, and Alicante airport a 45 minute drive. You have a range of services and amenities at hand including shops, bars, restaurants and not forgetting the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre ( 1,2 km ). Playa Flamenca also hosts its own street market every Saturday ( 5 minutes walk ) - here you can purchase a selection of locally grown produce. Playa Flamenca is a perfect coastal destination for both holidaying and permanent living a like.

Excellent communication throughout. Airport transfer was arranged via the host and that was brilliant. We were met at the apartment by Sylvia who was an absolute gem. She not only carried our case up to the apartment but carried it up to our bedroom. We were celebrating our Golden Wedding and the host had left us a wonderful surprise of goodies. There were bottles of Cava, a bowl of every fruit you could imagine, chocolates and chocolate biscuits and water. It was a wonderful, thoughtful surprise. The apartment is in a great location , very close to Mercadona and within walking distance of Playa Flamenca square where there are loads of restaurants. We had a fantastic meal at Rustica (need to book) , Milk and Honey and a Chinese. All were good. The swimming pool is fab. Never more than 2 people in there. Beach chairs and umbrellas were at the apartment to use either at the pool or the beach. The beach is a 10 to15 minute walk away depending on the heat and your ability! We loved Surfers bar for breakfast and the sea and the beach are fab. On departure day Sylvia was at the apartment before 7 am and she made sure our lift to the airport was on time. It was a really good feeling to know we were being looked after. I always find it a worry that the taxi might not turn up etc but we were kept imformed by text the day before from Sylvia and from Kamila who drove the taxi. All in all we had the most wonderful holiday . Thank you xxx

Location is a litle bit in the shadow. Maybe it’s the season that makes the sun never to round the corner to the terrace. All in all a nice place to stay.

it was a pleasure to stay in dominka apartment. there was everthing we needed for our 3 weeks stay the supermarket,the weekly street market and the local beachs were all in easy walking distance .we would highly recomend the apartment and would stay there again many thanks peter & christine

We had great 2 weeks holidays in Playa Flamenca! Lovely, comfortable little apartment located in very quite private estate. Apartment well equipped and had everything we needed. Good localisation close to shops and restaurants. Swimming pool just outside the door. Lots of places to visit on the Costa Blanca coast for kids and adults. Good road network and easy to get to places with Google map. Good communication with the owner! Highly recommended!!! 👍

A wonderful holiday in a wonderful place. A beach, restaurants and pub a few minutes walk from the apartment. The apartment is very clean and located overlooking the pool and garden. the owners are very helpful and take great care of their guests. We even received beach towels which was a very pleasant surprise. 100% Recommend

Great host, perfect location

Highly recommended this place. Beach is only 10min walking distance, shop 2min walking distance, and if you don't won't to go on the beach you can use the swimming pool which is located just at the front of apartment. Apartament was very clean and we'll equipment ( the only thing we would add it up is a frying pan :-). Communication with the host was excellent. Definitely would go back there.
