Casa Atlantico 124-Murcia Holiday Rentals Property

Stunning ground floor, east facing 2 bedroom apartment with views of the golf course! The apartment is quiet because it is close to 2 pools but not facing any.



The propery has its own private garden with garden furniture, glass curtain terrace perfect for dining along with a gas BBQ. You will also find an iron and ironing board, free internet (Wi-Fi), 2 x TV/Satellite tv (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), central heating and air conditioning throughout the house,



In the kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided.



There is private parking underground in same the building.



In the resort there is childrens areas, tennis court, padle court, and communal swimming pools (wristbands will be supplied)



Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort offers, as well as the Nicklaus designed, 18-hole golf course, a driving range, putting and chipping greens. The golf course is a par 72 and 6416-metre course. It covers an area of 71 hectares and has a mountain backdrop and panoramic views of the coast.



The El Casón de Riquelme Restaurant, set in the resort's 19th-century colonial-style Hacienda, has seating inside, with an outside terrace area, looking out over the original walled gardens.



The rest of the resort centre follows the same architectural style and contains a golf shop and supermarket. The El Palomar Bar, set in a restored dovecote, overlooks the golf course and is open for drinks and snacks in the summer.



Our guests staying at Hacienda Riquelme also have the added benefit of our fully staffed office at the resort, where you can get assistance, advice and recommendations, as well as help with any aspect of your travel or accommodations.

We spent 2 weeks there with great pleasure.

we stayed in this spacious apartment with garden on a golf resort. It is a quiet area with local swimming pools and 25 minutes away from the beach. There is a small supermarket on the resort. The apartment was clean, reasonably large and equipped with all comforts. We spent 2 weeks there with great pleasure.

The house was beautifully spacious

We had a wonderful holiday The house was beautifully spacious and comfortable. You do need a car to be able to do some fun things. Walking from the cottage to the restaurant and shop is 19 minutes, and at 40 degrees it is not doable. However, they do have a nice swimming pool nearby where it is not overly crowded. All in all, it was great!
