Eden Sun - Luxury Villa w/ocean View by LovelyStay

Eden Sun, as the name suggests, is located at a low altitude in one of the warmest parts of the island, and enjoys full sun from sunrise to sunset. It has an absolutely magnificent ocean view with a full panorama from East to West. It is a modern, bright spacious villa with open plan living areas and large floor to ceiling sliding glass windows to take full advantage of the fabulous view.

Prazeres is in a beautiful quiet area, and this rural villa is located below the town in a no through road with very little traffic. It's an ideal spot for getting away from it all and exploring Madeira. The popular beach at Calheta is 10 minutes away and offers safe swimming, scuba diving, fishing and boat trips. Mountains, levadas, the North and East coast are all easily reached by car. Prazeres itself, being less of a tourist spot than many towns, has several excellent, genuine family run restaurants as well as a small supermarket. This is the real Madeira!

Eden Sun was built in 2016 to an outstanding specification. In the villa, the living spaces are large, bright and air conditioned. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances so you can easily prepare your own snacks, drinks and meals. There is a utility room for washing and drying clothes, and a separate downstairs toilet.

Upstairs, all the bedrooms are tastefully decorated, air conditioned and well equipped. The first bedroom has a king size bed and in-suite bathroom, and the second bedroom also has a king size bed. These rooms enjoy stunning sea views and has a first floor balcony with the same spectacular view as the pool patio. Here you can enjoy an early morning coffee as the sun rises, or an evening nightcap under moon and the stars.

The pool patio is large and secluded, with plenty of space to sit, lounge, eat or enjoy a glass of wine, and of course has that spectacular view. The blue tiled salted pool can optionally be heated in the winter with an extra cost. The traditional barbecue has plenty of space around it, so you can chat to friends while cooking. Gute Location in Prazeres

Das Objekt ist in einem gepflegten und ordentlichen Zustand und die Bilder im Inserat entsprechen der Realität. Man kommt aber vom Haus nicht so ohne weiteres ans Meer. Aktuell gibt es in der Nachbarschaft 2-3 Bauprojekte. Die Lärmbelästigung hält sich aber im Rahmen und abends ist es auch schön ruhig. In der Nähe (5 Minuten mit dem Auto) nette Cafe‘s und Restaurants. Einen kleinen Laden für das Notwendigste gibt es hier auch. Kosten für die Poolheizung waren uns zu hoch (wir kennen die Kosten für Energie auf Madeira nicht, aber in DE würde man für die Tagespauschale ca. 80kWh bekommen) und dann ist der Pool schon ziemlich kühl.

The accommodation is beautiful, spacious and clean. Everything you could need is available. The views are spectacular and the peace and quiet is relaxing. The road to reach the house is very narrow and steep. You need to be a confident driver to get to the house.

TOP Villa mit Einschränkungen

Die Villa hat eine gute Raumaufteilung, eine schöne Terrasse mit einem herrlichen Ausblick auf den Atlantik. Das Haus sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen hohen Komfort. Die Lage des Hauses ist gut für Ausflüge. Jedoch liegt es an einer schmalen, steilen und stark abschüssigen Straße. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich und braucht ein kleines Auto mit viel PS und starke Nerven. Dringend zu verbessern ist der Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Teilweise tröpfelt das Wasser lediglich.

We really enjoyed our second stay in Eden Sun. The location and the view over the ocean are stupendous. The villa is beautifully designed and very clean. We also loved the pool to refresh after a hike along a levada or in the mountains. We definitely would like to be back soon. Many thanks to the friendly MHM team!

Traumhaus mit Blick aufs Meer. Top moderne,neuwärtige Villa mit Pool in ruhiger Lage. Auto ein Muss,da die Villa etwas abgelegen und ausserhalb des Dorfes liegt. Nur zu empfehlen👍🏼

Perfect place to have a fantastic time!

The villa is perfect located- it‘s silent, but it doesn’t take long to be somewhere. The ocean view is just amazing and the whole property and patio makes you feel at home. The welcome package was suprising and very much appreciated ....may be a very, very little thing: a view pices of tableware (like bowls for cereals/salad and glasses for madeira wine) could be added:-)

Lovely Villa

Lovely Villa great location. Beds extremely hard. And living room chairs could do with one more comfy chair so you can all sit comfortably better.
