Luxury Honeymoon Villa, Secluded Infinity Pool & Heated Indoor Pool

Located in the village of Kalkan Islam, this beautiful honeymoon villa has a capacity of 2 people with one bedroom. Situated in the centre of Islamlar village
Designed with honeymoon couples in mind, the villa has been designed in a very luxurious, elite style. All the furniture, fixtures and fittings are of the highest specification, giving the property a luxurious ambience worthy of a unforgettable honeymoon ! In addition to this, the topography and landscaping has been utilised to produce a totally private environment around the pool area, making this villa an ideal choice for those guests desiring a high degree of privacy , be it for religious or other reasons.

The accommodation is single storey and has a spacious open plan kitchen / dining / lounge, hallway, master bedroom and bathroom and private indoor pool. The indoor pool, which is accessed from the enormous bedroom, is equipped with a hydromassage system, is 5 x 3 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.2 metres. It has a pool heating system, which is at no extra charge, except for months of June - July - August. Should guests wish to use the indoor pool heating system during these months this can be done for the additional charge of 1500 tl per day.

In the lounge area there is a fireplace that guests may wish to use, be it for heating in the low season , or just to create a romantic atmosphere. The villa is air-conditoned throughout, useable for both heating and cooling.

The outdoor infinity pool and pool terrace can be accessed directly from the lounge and the bedroom. Here there are two deck chairs, umbrellas and a shallow pool area adjcent to the main pool itself, which is some 8 x 4 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.5 metres.
From here guests may enjoy what must be some of the best sea views available from Islamlar village, looking out over Kalkan Bay and the islands beyond.

The village centre is a short 500 metres walk away, and here guests may purchase their daily essentials and/or enjoy the traditional fare in the local restaurants. There is also a free delivery service, from both grocers and restaurants, to this villa. There is aslo a mosque in the centre, which guests may wish to visit.

The sophisticated resort town of Kalkan is some 8 km away. As there is no public transport in Islamlar village, guests who wish to explore the surrounding area would need the use of vehicle to do so.

Pool and space heating details: N.B. there is only a heating system in the indoor pool NOT the outdoor pool. The pool is heated to between 25-29 degrees , depending on seasonal temperatures.
The villas space heating system in the winter months of our villas is a combination of air conditioning and radiator system connected to the fireplace. Firewood will be provided during the winter months, but only the first batch is free of .

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa .
