Beachfront Condo in Cocoa Beach

This unit is right on the beach in Cocoa Beach. Simply walk out the sliding glass doors and you are on the ocean. This is a 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. (Sleeps up to 4 ) (plus 1 or 2 on the non pullout couches) It is located about a half mile south of Ron Jon's Surf Shop and is across the street from a Publix grocery store shopping center. It is 10 minutes from Port Canaveral and 45 minutes from the Orlando airport and theme parks. You will love being right on the beach!

July 4th Beach Blast

Loved being on the bottom floor and being able to walk out the sliding door to access the beach quickly. The condo was furnished well. We rented 3 bottom floor condos side. Worked out well for our Family.

We had an amazing stay. Very close to the beach. I loved sitting on the porch in the morning and listening to the waves. Allan was very responsive which was much appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again

Stayed here over a nice weekend in December. Weather was a perfect 75 degrees every day. Best part is we saw a night launch from the space center and the condo was a perfect location to see it. Overall great location close everything we needed for a relaxing few days

We love this place. It's right on the beach in a perfect spot. Great wake boarding, skim boarding, beginner surfing, all kids of crabs and critters to watch for the kids. Great views of rocket launches too. All in all, it's just as advertised, the host is responsive and helpful. It's a great place!

This condo is perfect. Everything you could want is right there. We were steps from the beach, beautiful accommodations, beautiful sunrise every morning. Great Location

The Condo has a great location being ocean front. The bare minimum household items/supplies were provided. We know that we'd have to go out a get supplies but not as soon as we arrived! Owner took care of a few problems inside in a timely manner. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach.
