Beautiful two-storey house, located in one of the best areas in the south of the island of Gran Canaria, Meloneras. Within a residential area, very quiet and with common areas such as swimming pool and tennis court. It has the meloneras beach just 10 minutes away on foot, and several leisure areas and other beaches nearby, such as maspalomas beach and Meloneras shopping and leisure area.
The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor, the main one with a double bed and the second bedroom with two 90 cm single beds. A bathroom on each floor with shower, kitchen equipped with all appliances, including dishwasher. Living-dining room and outside it has a large terrace.
The whole house has WIFI and cable TV.

Schönes Haus, grosser Garten

Wir haben fast zwei Monate im Haus verbracht. Das Haus hat einen großen Garten und das ist sehr selten in der Gegend. Die meisten Gärten der anderen Häuser sind winzig. Im Garten befinden sich ein großer runder Holztisch, ein sehr großer Kacheltisch und vier Liegen. Man hat im Garten den ganzen Tag Sonne. Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen, befindet sich sehr nah am Pool und ist gut ausgestattet. Das Internet ist in allen Räumen sehr gut. Scherezade ist sehr hilfsbereit und antwortet sehr schnell auf Anfragen. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und wollen nächstes Jahr wiederkommen.

Estimada señora Aurora, la pasamos muy bien en su casa. Apartamento con habitaciones grandes y bien amuebladas. . Camas súper cómodas. Cocina bien equipada, pero sentimos la falta de una sartén para pastas (somos italianos). Muy bienvenido es la máquina de café expreso. El único inconveniente es el complicado sistema de placas de identificación para la entrada de automóviles. Urbanización bien mantenida, máxima tranquilidad, conveniente para supermercado. Una semana fantástica en Maspalomas

Hemos estado casi una semana en Maspalomas-Meloneras y han sido unas vacaciones estupendas. La ubicación de la casa es muy buena, a escasos cinco minutos en coche de la playa y en una urbanización muy tranquila y nueva. Además tiene un supermercado al lado, lo cual es siempre bienvenido. La casa, en dos plantas, tiene absolutamente todo lo necesario para cuatro personas, no le falta ni un detalle. El mobiliario está elegido con gusto y está cuidado, tanto en el salón-comedor como en los dos dormitorios y en la cocina. Los dos baños también tienen todo lo necesario. Al entrar, la limpieza era impecable. El espacio es más que suficiente para cuatro personas, la zona exterior es amplia y tiene muchas posibilidades, hay dos árboles y muchas plantas, además de abundante mobiliario de jardín que hace perfectos los desayunos, alguna cena, las cerveza a la sombra... Nosotros le sacamos bastante partido, la verdad. Además, la piscina comunitaria está también impecable, es grande y tiene poca gente: a mi hija le encantaba darse el último baño del día al volver por la tarde. La playa de Meloneras es la más cercana pero tiene muchas piedras, compensa ir a Maspalomas o a Playa del Inglés. En ambos casos, son 10 minutos de coche, se aparca sin problema en parking (no son caros) y se tiene una playa espectacular. Para quien no la conozca, la zona de Meloneras-Maspalomas es magnifica, con todo lo que uno pueda imaginar de tiendas, restaurantes, bares, servicios, deportes náuticos, etc, etc. Ni un minuto de aburrimiento. Por cierto, los precios de la zona son muy razonables, la comida es estupenda y la gente muy amable. Un apunte más: puerto de Mogán está a 15-20 minutos en coche, es un sitio precioso que no se puede dejar de ver. En resumen, una propiedad que es incluso mejor de lo que las fotografías muestran, una zona envidiable y absolutamente ningún problema. Muy, muy recomendable. Volveremos, y si puede ser, no tardando mucho.
