Brand new converted farmhouse villa with large garden of 1,600 m² with fruit trees, private parking and exclusive private pool ( no sharing). Ground floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms ( one on-suite), both suitable for 2 people. Upstairs a further bedroom and bathroom, plus a roof top terrace. Villa is fully equipped including washer dryer. A large open plan living room with satellite TV, free wifi and traditional Portuguese wood burning stove. Modern kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer as well as dishwasher. Dining area opening onto terrace with swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor furniture. Modern furnishings throughout and ideal for up to 6 people.
