Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub benötigt. Wir waren 2 Wochen, nach 1 Woche werden Handtücher und Bettzeug gewechselt und geputzt. Der Pool und die liegen sind von der Wohnung aus direkt über die Terrasse erreichbar. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Zu den Stränden sind wir allerdings immer mit dem Auto gefahren.

Sehr geräumiges Appartement mit 2 Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern daher gut geeignet für 2 Familien. Super Zugang zum Gmeinschaftspool, der nicht stark frequentiert war. Strände in Laufdistanz. Sehr ruhige Gegend und sehr leise gut funktionierende Klimaanlage.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und die Terrasse ist toll. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut. In 5-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß in einer kleinen Bucht mit Steinstrand. Hier findet man ab nachmittags sogar Schattenplätze.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit mehreren Wohneinheiten in einem ruhigen Teil von Premantura. Das Meer ist in einem 10 min. Fußmarsch gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und insbesondere die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin Ana war sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir konnten mit unseren 4 Kindern einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub in der Nähe des tollen Naturschutzgebiets Kamenjak verbringen.

Sehr gepflegtes Domizil in guter Lage zum Kap Kamenjak

Die sehr geräumige Wohnung liegt nur wenige Minuten Fußmarsch von einem Felsstrand in der Nähe des Campingplatzes Stupice entfernt, wo sich - zumindest gegen Ende der Saison - ein ruhiges und schattiges Plätzchen finden lässt. Zum Eingang des Naturparks Kap Kamenjak braucht man mit dem Auto ebenfalls nur ein paar Minuten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die großzügige Terrasse mit dem Gasgrill und die sehr gute Ausstattung der Küche. Die gut deutschsprachige Vermieterin Frau Valic empfing uns sehr freundlich und ermöglichte es sogar, dass wir eine Stunde eher einchecken konnten.

Natürlich schön

Sehr saubere, große, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, unweit von Stupice Campingplat und Kamenjak, wo uns die Strände sehr gut gefallen haben. Für die Kinder wunderbar, ein echtes Abenteuer.

ruhige Lage, Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit trotzdem zu Fuß in jeweils 10 Minuten erreichbar. Sehr gepflegte, mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bestückte Wohnung. Täydellinen asunto hyvällä paikalla

Asunto on avara, siisti ja käytännöllinen. Makuuhuoneet ovat reilun kokoisia ja säilytystilaa on runsaasti. Keittiö on erittäin hyvin varusteltu. Asunto sijaitsee rauhallisella paikalla. Lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä on useita ravintoloita - Ana antoi suosituksia ravintoloista, ja saimme todella hyvää ruokaa. Kallioisille uimarannoille on lyhyt kävelymatka. Lisäksi kannattaa käydä Kamenjakin luonnonsuojelualueella, siellä on useita rantoja. Tätä asuntoa ja Premanturan kylää voi todella suositella!

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung.

Sehr schöne großzügige Wohnung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Top zum Erholen. Kleiner Nachteil man braucht entweder das Auto oder Fahrräder um an die schönen Buchten von Kap Kamanjak zu kommen. Alles im ganzen tolles Reiseziel mit sehr toller Wohnung.

Schöne Ferienwohnung fernab des Trubels

Das Appartment bietet sehr viel Platz und ist sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, vor allem der großzügige Wohnraum mit offener Küche und schöner Terrasse ist eine echte Wohlfühlzone. Die Küche ist sehr umfangreich ausgestattet - es gibt wirklich alles was man braucht. Auf der Terrasse befindet sich zusätzlich auch noch ein guter Gasgrill. Auch wenn es in dem Haus noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen oben und im Untergeschoss noch eine Privatwohnung gibt, ist das Apartment absolut ruhig. Die Terrasse ist auch nicht einsehbar. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen, schönen Gegend von Premantura. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Wasser dort ist wunderbar klar und der Strand ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Zum schönen Kap Kameniak ist es auch nicht weit, aber wir fanden den Strand vor Ort schon so entspannt und schön, dass wir immer dort baden waren. In den Ortskern ist es auch nicht weit - vielleicht 10-15 Gehminuten. Dort gibt es ein paar Cafés, Restaurants und Supermärkte, insgesamt ist es aber ein eher ruhiger Ort ohne viel Trubel - perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Gastgeberin Ana ist sehr herzlich und absolut hilfsbereit und hat viele tolle Empfehlungen für Premantura und Umgebung! Uns hat es wirklich sehr gut gefallen!

Beautiful apartment in a wonderful location

The apartment is beautifully decorated and maintained, very spacious and has a well equipped kitchen. It is also in a quiet area, as the road doesn't really lead anywhere. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the nature park is close enough to walk to for more lovely beaches. Our host was very helpful. Highly recommended.

Perfect apartment in a great location

The apartment is really good, comfortable, spacious, clean, well equipped (also for a long stay) and it is close to amenities/beach. It is well furnished, the bedrooms are quite big, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped. The apartment is even nicer than on the pictures and benefits from a continual stream of cool sea breeze, as long as you keep windows and doors open. The location is quiet, peaceful and just 6-7 mins. walk to the beach. The beaches are magnificent with a lot of privacy and stunning views. A visit to the Cape Kamenjak nature park is a must. Ana is a perfect host, friendly and professional. She quickly responded to all our requests and provided us with extensive information of the surroundings. A visit worth while. I would love to come back again and highly recommend this apartment. It will surpass your expectations.

Exceptional apartment

We have had the best time staying at Apartment Percan. A beautiful spacious apartment, with many personal touches, thoughtful details and a gorgeous terrace. Everything is provided, and the attention to detail to make our stay was first rate. Beach is only 5 minutes walking, as well as bars, restaurants, grocery stores,.. Highly recommend this apartment!
