Location, location, location!! Come stay in this brand new home in the heart of Sunriver. SHARC and the sledding hill are literally right out your back door. Plenty of room for the whole family. Kitchen table expands to seat 14. 6 bedrooms, 4 full baths, and a ton of extra space in the finished basement. Everyone will enjoy the game room in the basement with a Pool table, ping pong table, foos ball table, and Wii with games. Gorgeous back patio with hot tub and BBQ. 5 adult bikes and 1 kids bike in the garage.

Amazing property with every detail covered. The location is perfect and within walking distance of the SHARC and village. This place just felt like home. Everything we seemed to need during our 1 week stay, we were able to find it easily. Communication was perfect, check in was easy and smooth, and the place was super clean! Thank you to the amazing hosts! We will be coming back again soon.

This home is in a perfect location for walking to the SHARC or Sunriver Village:) We had five children, under 12, and the downstairs room was perfectly set up, with ping pong, billiards , foosball, and tv area for movies or video games. It all worked perfectly for our family gathering.

Wonderful home

We had a great time with our whole family (ages 7-73) The home was perfect and had all the things included that we needed for our week there. The location is excellent. Jennifer is very responsive and a pleasure to work with.

Positive: property is nice and maintained well. Owner is very responsive to messages but will not do anything else. Location is great.close to village and next to SHARC.Otherwise: no privacy, cameras in garage and above deck ; In 20 years vacationing almost yearly in Sunriver, this is a first. No iron or ironing board in case you need them. No vacuum available. Bikes not working, owner will ask that you fix but willing to pay. Main Bathroom door don’t lock. Towels smell horrible, we had to wash before usage. Need to clean BBQ. It was very dirty. We were not able to hang clothes in master because there are only drawers and owner has locked the closet!!My advice to owner, for the price you are charging, please provide comparable services.

Thank you for acknowledging the positives of the house and I hope you had a nice stay. I would like to address the list of issues you listed on your review. 1st,the privacy. I believe a lot properties have a camera somewhere on the EXTERIOR of their property. For safety & security purposes only. It is clearly stated on our VRBO listing under safety items. We do not have an iron/ironing board as stated on the website. I do understand that for an event such as a wedding it would be helpful. We will make sure to have that going forward. There IS a vacuum in the garage available for renter use. I felt very bad when you messaged me that “half” the bikes weren’t working. I had not heard from any renters before you or from any of the renters after you that there was a problem with any of the bikes. I do have a handyman that helps out when there is an issue however I couldn’t guarantee how quickly he could be there. In the interest of getting them fixed ASAP I thought the fastest option was for you to take them the 1/2 mile to the bike shop and I would pay for any repairs needed. Your response was that you would let me know if you decided to use them. I never heard back from you. Every bathroom door HAS a lock. In addition, I’ve never heard that our towels smell, but I will ask my cleaners to investigate. The BBQ should have been cleaned and I apologize that it wasn’t. The master bedroom walk in closet is where we keep our personal items and yes, it is locked.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was great. Had one night that it got really hot upstairs and not sure what happened but it cooled back down some so it wasn’t too bad the next couple of nights. Again, thank you so much for the letting us stay, it was a great time with our family.

Great holiday

This was a terrific property for our group of nine young adults, their parents and grandparents. Excellent for varied sleeping arrangements and wonderful amenities. Decorations for the holidays topped off our stay. The location is outstanding. Would happily stay there again.

Annual Family Trip

Great family reunion

This was our second timed staying at this home. The house was located right across from the SHARC which was a great convenience. It was roomy enough for the 12 of us ages 10-75. The teens especially enjoyed the basement with pool, ping pong, and foosball. Highly recommend!

Nice house with great location

We had a great time with our family. All positive except one bedroom was a pull out couch which we didn’t expect and the bedroom in the basement had no bathroom. The house was large and very nice with a great location.

Perfect family reunion

We celebrated a wedding anniversary and 2 birthdays during our stay. The house was perfect for our needs-several bedrooms, family rooms and a basement with many games. Something for everyone. The proximity to the SHARC as well as to the village was a real plus. We plan on visiting again.

Beautiful, clean property in Sunriver

We had a family reunion with 13 people at this beautiful property. It was beyond what we had imagined. It was close to interesting things to see in Sunriver, and you can see the aquatic center from the house. The house was tasteful and clean with great amenities and a well-stocked kitchen.

Reunion

We had 3 generations celebrating the 60th Anniversary of 3 (grandparent) couples. The house was amazing - every bit as good as it looked online. Having a bathroom in the basement would have made things a bit easier, but everything else was superb! Would highly recommend this property!

Everything was great everyone had a great time. It was a very easy walk to the SHARC. The kitchen had 2 plugin grills that made it easy to make breakfast for everyone.we had 15 total and had plenty of room for all.we didn't find kitchen tea towels or a dishrag.It was very nice that there was shower gel ,hair shampoo and soft soap was at all of the sinks.we would suggest this house to anyone looking for lots of room. We would stay here again; it's a very nice home.

Perfect home to share the holidays

We so enjoyed our time at this lovely home. Strolled through the snow to the village, walked across the street to the sledding hill, and again the next day for a family swim at SHARC. We cooked most every meal at home and found everything we needed in the expensive kitchen. Lots of pool, ping pong and foosball. All in all a wonderful stay.Thank you for sharing your home!
