The villa is completely renovated and elegantly furnished, it is located a few meters from the sea of Menfi which this year also received the Blue Flag for the twenty-first time, the twentieth consecutive year. Das Haus nebenan, wurde/wird aktuell saniert. Ein Hinweis darauf hätten wir in der Buchungsanzeige oder vor dem Stornierungsdatum erwartet. Der Hinweis, dass die Sanierung zum Zeitpunkt unserer Buchung nicht absehbar war, lassen wir unkommentiert stehen. Ein Aufenthalt am Haus war aufgrund des massiven Baulärms im Grunde nicht möglich (8:30 - 15:30). Die Vermieterin hat zwar nach unserer Beschwerde mitgeteilt, dass sie zumindest für die Ruhezeiten für Ruhe sorgen würde, was bei einem Baustellenbetrieb jedoch im Grunde nicht wirklich funktionierte. Wir haben per Whatsapp entsprechende Videoaufzeichnungen übermittelt. Küchenausstattung: Die Pfannen (Beschichtung) und Töpfe sind schon in die Tage gekommen. Wir haben uns lieber eine neue gekauft. Lage: 3 min. zu Fuß zum Meer Fazit: Schade.

Mi dispiace, che la recensione si sia basata solo sui lavori del mio vicino che purtroppo non posso bloccare se non nelle ore di riposo. Sono stata informata solo il giorno prima della partenza del fastidio causato. Nulla è stato detto sulla villa, sul mare e sulla bellezza del posto. Mi dispiace tanto per fortuna i lavori non durano in eterno e la bellezza della casa non è stata intaccata.

Abbiamo trascorso io e mia moglie due settimane di vacanza nella villetta di Stefania. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, la casa è comoda e veramente a due passi dal mare. Ma quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più è il grazioso patio ed il piacevolissimo giardino, spazioso e ricco di piante luigi

Sehr nette Vermieter. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ca. 5min Fussweg zum Strand. Bars und Restaurants ca. 10min Fussweg. Sehr sauberes Haus mit großem Grundstück. Schade, dass keine Klimaanlage vorhanden ist. Aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau. :-) sonst ist ALLES vorhanden. Wir würden uns wieder für das Objekt entscheiden.
