Emily's Retreat at the Great Barn is part of a ground floor converted barn near the village of Litcham in East Anglia. It offers one king size bedroom and a shower room, the property can sleep up to two people. Inside it also has a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with an optional sofa bed. To the outside it offers plenty of off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and a patio with furniture. Emily's Retreat at the Great Barn is a homely getaway placed well for exploring Norfolk's countryside, coastline and wonderful towns. Please note, the retreat is surrounded by shrubs and these can get rather "bushy" during spring/summer due to nesting season. If any are causing you problems, the owner will trim lightly if you ask...but the main cutting is left till after all birds have fledged/left by autumn.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, TV, DVD, WiFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Linen and towel inc. in rent. Ample off-road parking. Enclosed lawn and patio with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 3 miles. Note: This property has grab rails, one rise and recliner chair for those with limited mobility, a shower stool and chair are in the property ( two bed rails can be provided on request). Note: This property is not wheelchair accessible. Note: Parking for this property is in front of the main barn. To access Emily's retreat, you will need to walk down the side of the main property through a shared gate and then along a gravel path to the retreat. (As seen in photograph). There is a 'Z' bed available for extra child on request. Please note the owner has 6 friendly cats and you may encounter them when walking through the gardens, also the retreat is surrounded by shrubs and these can get rather "bushy" during spring/summer due to nesting season - If any are causing you problems, the owner will trim lightly if you ask but the main cutting is left till after all birds have fledged/left by autumn. Anybody intending to book with an Assistance Dog should note that the garden is not enclosed and dogs must be kept on a lead.
