3-bedroom Traditional House Eri

Initially built in the 18th century, the Traditional house Eri is situated in the old village of Lagadakia and is surrounded by olive trees. Reconstructed twice, the owners did their best during the last reconstruction in 2000 to recreate the building with respect to the historical value of the location and in harmony with the natural surroundings. The combination of total privacy, tradition and nature makes the house the perfect place for relaxation in the true Greek scenery.
Traditional house Eri is a two-storey house. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the living room and one bedroom with 2 single beds. The ground floor bathroom is accessed by a separate door from the veranda. On the first floor that is accessed only by stairs, there are two more bedrooms and one bathroom.The balconies on the first floor offer a stunning panoramic view of the Island.
Lagadakia is a traditional Greek Village with many olive fields and old Greek Houses. The architecture of the village and nature make Lagadakia a great place to experience living as a local.
