Do you dream of spending a holiday in a truly special place just a few metres from a heavenly beach? Then our Villa Elicriso just 50 metres from the clear waters of Sardinia is what you were looking for!

Get ready to be greeted at the entrance by our splendid Design Swimming Pool heated from April to November, with a temperature of 27/28 degrees, by the 5-seater Outdoor Jacuzzi (adjustable water temperature up to 38 degrees centigrade) with sofas and a huge garden surrounded by greenery, perfect for those who love outdoor sports even on holiday with their children.

Equipped with a huge terrace with two dining tables, outdoor sofas and deckchairs, ideal for relaxing in the evening with the sound of the sea waves and the sea breeze. You will also find a new barbecue at your disposal suitable for cooking meat and fish outdoors.

Large and bright living room, with Smart TV with Netflix, Disney + and Amazon Prime for an evening of fun.

Immediately after there is the kitchen with electric ovens and microwave, induction hob and coffee machine already provided. Equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and minibar. Private chef on request.

There are 4 bedrooms, 2 with double beds (a French bed and a king size bed) with memory foam pillows, and 2 bedrooms with single beds, for a total of 9 beds. Each double bedroom also has a private bathroom and Smart TV. You will find different types of pillows to satisfy every need and clean sheets.

An important part of the house are the 3 bathrooms with emotional shower for a SPA effect. A welcome kit is included. Outside there is a fourth bathroom, ideal for taking a shower when returning from the beach before entering the house.

As a service included in the price, there is also a personal concierge available 24 hours a day, for various services such as booking a restaurant, taxi or loading and unloading luggage

There is a large parking lot that can accommodate up to 4 cars.

The villa is ideal for large families who want to escape the chaos of the city or for groups of friends who want to celebrate a special birthday or another event, in a quiet location far from tourism, but close to several unique places in Sardinia.

Private beach and relaxing clean updated accommodation

We loved our stay in this beautiful area with a comfy stylish house and amazing quiet large beach! Great family location. Food markets nearby and a few restaurants. The ocean is clear blue and refreshing to be in. Not far from Cagliari to make trips there if needed. We just relaxed and enjoyed our time together. Thanks Alessandro!

We traveled to the villa as a family of 6, 3 generations grandparents to grandkids. The whole experience from check in to check out was fantastic. Communication with Alessandro was great throughout. As we were the first arrival of the season, the pool heating was not due to be on. This was sorted after one message prior to booking. We’ve had many negative experiences with pool heating, but as advertised, on arrival the pool was good to go. It wasn’t the hottest time of year, but the temperature throughout the villa was easy to manage, cool during the day and warm at night. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen very well serviced. Internally, the villa is as advertised but the outside living areas exceed expectations. Lots of comfortable seating, a well kept garden, great pool, hot tub, laundry room and dining area. To the south of the villa there is a gate that opens to a path that’ll get you to the beach in under 2 mins. It’s fantastic. At the time of our stay, early April, there were a lot of local business’ that were closed, but that was to be expected. A 25 min drive in either direction will get you to well stocked supermarkets. Can’t recommend the villa or doing business with Alessandro highly enough.

Très belle villa et Alessandro était aux petits soins avec nous tout au long du séjour.Très réactif et de bon conseil.Alessandro nous attendait à notre arrivée à la villa pour nous expliquer le fonctionnement de celle-ci et il a eu la gentillesse de nous préparer des plateaux repas et des boissons.L'endroit est très beau et la plage est à 2 minutes à pieds.

Tolles Haus - mega Entspannung

Ein wirklich tolles Haus, direkt am Strand.Alessandro der sich um alles kümmert, ist der beste den man sich wünschen kann 🙏.Gibt super Tips was man erkunden sollte oder Restaurants 🙏wir haben einen Bootstrip gebucht,den wirklich jeder machen sollte (auch Empfehlung von Alessandro🙏👍).wir können das Haus wirklich jedem empfehlen und Alessandro ist der beste Guide den man sich wünschen kann. 10 Tage absolute Entspannung.Gerne kommen wir wieder .

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Haus liegt ein paar Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, Alessandro ist ein sensationeller Gastgeber- versucht jeden Wunsch zu erfüllen, und ist jederzeit erreichbar! Das Haus ist auch sehr gepflegt und sauber! Wir würden immer wieder kommen!

Fantastisches Haus einen Steinwurf vom Meer entfernt

Wow, der perfekte Sardinien Urlaub mit der Familie. Woher dieser Wow-Effekt kommt? Zu aller erst steht der für den Gastgeber. Alessandro ist ein herzensguter Mensch, die Vorab-Kommunikation via Whatsapp war hervorragend, er ist stehts an der Hand wenn man etwas braucht. Wir kamen am ersten Tag erst um 22h45 am Haus an. Kein Problem, sagte Alessandro. Er war selbst um diese Zeit noch da und hat uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und sogar den Kühlschrank für den nächsten Morgen gefüllt. Einfach toll. Das Haus ist super groß, die Bilder zeigen das gar nicht richtig. Ein großer Außenbereich mit Sofa-Bereich, schönem Essbereich und noch einer dritten Sitzecke ist toll, der Garten riesig, am Abend mit Außenbeleuchtung toll. Es gibt zudem einen Wäscheraum mit separatem Kühlschrank und eine tolle Außendusche mit Waschbecken und Toilette. Das Haus innen bietet mit vier Schlafzimmern, zwei davon mit separatem Bad, einem weiteren kompletten Badezimmer, offener Küche und einem Ess-/Wohnbereich Platz für 10 Erwachsene. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und drei kleine Kinder. Wir hatten Platz ohne Ende. Der Strand - und das war entscheidend für uns - ist durch die Gartentüre in 30 sec erreichbar. Man kann jederzeit kurz zurück ins Haus, das ist gerade mit kleinen Kindern super. Der Strand ist toll gelegen, rechts und links nach 5 min Fußweg sind Strandbars mit dem Nötigsten von Eis bis Apperol. Nach Cagliari sind es gut 30 min mit dem Auto, nach Villasimius ca. 20 min. Der nächste kleine - aber schöne und ausreichende - Supermarkt ist im nächsten Ort ca. 5 min Weg. Direkt gegenüber des Ortes an der Landstraße liegt mit "The Aquarium" eine wahnsinnig schöne und moderne Pizzeria. Unbedingt mal hingehen oder Pizza abholen. Ich kann das Haus und Alessandro als Gastgeber nur empfehlen. Einzig die 3h Fahrt von Olbia sind ein wenig nervig, aber das ist schon alles. Der Rest ist ein Traum.

Beautiful villa very close to the beach

This is a beautiful house only 50 meters from a large sandy beach. The house has a large garden with a fence, which is good if you travel with small children. We were a group of ten (6 adults and 4 children) and a dog. The house has several very nice outside spaces with shade and enough space if you like to have dinner outside. We especially loved the barbecue. Alessandro is a great host who is always available if you need something. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would recommend everyone the experience.

Ein bezauberndes Strandhaus

Wir haben mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern das wunderschöne Strandhaus von Alessandro bewohnen dürfen. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Strand befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Bucht. Ideal zum Schwimmen, Schnorcheln, SUP fahren und bei Wind zum Surfen. Das Haus ist bezaubernd eingerichtet und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet. Es steckt viel Liebe im Detail. Die Betten sind hervorragend und die Klimaanlage neu und kaum zu hören. Alessandro war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und gab uns wertvolle Empfehlungen für Restaurants. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die erholsamen 10 Tage Auszeit.

Des vacances parfaites

Maison très agréable, bien équipée, parfaitement bien située. Nous entendions le bruit des vagues en mangeant le soir sur la vaste terrasse. Alessandro est un hôte très avenant qui a du nous attendre deux heures suite à des problèmes de location de voiture à notre arrivée à l'aéroport mais il était d'une parfaite bonne humeur à notre arrivée. À recommander.

Spiaggia Privata! Top!

Alla seconda estate nel sud della Sardegna, abbiamo scoperto questa’ località per caso e siamo rimasti entusiasti! L’ anno prima nella bellissima Villasimius abbiamo sperimentato l’ affollamento nelle spiagge libere, dunque levataccia per trovare un posto decente in spiaggia. Nella villa di Alessandro questo non esisteva! La villa dentro un residence chiuso da cancello elettrico ti permetteva di accedere alla spiaggia libera con pochissime persone, pochi passi con il sentiero pedonale. La villa degli anni 70, è tenuta molto bene, arredata con gusto. Importante per noi la lavastoviglie! Abbiamo apprezzato anche la consegna a domicilio con la spesa on Line del Carrefour. Ci torneremo!!

Bellissima vacanza a Geremeas

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questa bella villa dotata di tutti i confort, ampie verande esterne , grande giardino attorno ricco di alberi e vegetazione,diversi parcheggi interni e soprattutto vicinissima a una spiaggia e mare bellissimi. La villa si trova all'interno di un residence privato quindi molta tranquillità e spiaggia poco affollata. Ideale per famiglie con bambini. Ci torneremo sicuramente

Come trascorrere delle piacevolissime vacanze

Il proprietario è gentile e disponibile, la casa pulita dispone di tutti i comfort, la spiaggia è raggiungibile a piedi in 5 minuti, il mare è stupendo, vacanza molto piacevole e rilassante adatta a tutte le tipologie di viaggiatori, dalla comitiva alla famiglia .
