Housed in an 11th-century tower house, the apartment occupies the upper two floors, preserving its historic character while providing modern amenities and unforgettable views over the Ligurian Sea.



The apartment



Lower floor: double bedroom with sea view, twin bedroom with joinable beds, full bathroom with shower, gas boiler and washing machine.

Upper floor: open-plan living area with dining space, lounge with two sofas (one convertible into a single bed), kitchenette with gas hob, microwave and Nespresso machine, and a large sea-view terrace ideal for breakfasts, dinners and relaxing moments with the sound of the waves.

Small and medium-sized dogs are welcome, with a supplement and in accordance with house rules.



Access & practical notes



Access is on foot only, with uphill paths and stairs from the station or parking area. A luggage porter service is available on request. Public parking is located in the upper part of the village; travelling light is recommended.



Cinque Terre Riviera services



Complimentary welcome breakfast for the first day, quality essential supplies (local extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar and compostable Nespresso capsules), professional cleaning, sustainable practices and a concierge office in Vernazza open from 9:30 to 18:30 (mid-March to early November).



Important information



Check-in is in person and arrival time must be communicated in advance (15:00–18:30). Arrivals after 18:30 may incur an extra fee; check-in after 22:00 is not accepted. Heating is not permitted by law from 1 April to 8 November.



Natural environment



The apartment is located next to the cliff and immersed in the marine environment. In spring, the rare arrival of Velella velella (small marine organisms) may occur, a natural and temporary phenomenon that reflects the purity of the sea.
