This two-story Sunriver home built in 2009 has four bedrooms and three-and-a-half baths, as well as 10 SHARC passes, a private hot tub, and a Ping-Pong table.
It's a short half-mile walk to SHARC and Fort Rock Park, which has a playground and places to play various sports. Bend and Mt. Bachelor are both easy day trips of under 20 miles away.
The main living area is on the ground floor, with a large, open floor plan that connects the living room with the kitchen and dining room, where there is seating for eight at the dining table. The laundry room and access to the back deck are also located on the ground floor. The full kitchen has a coffee maker and dishwasher.
The living room has a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, stereo and iPod dock. The upstairs has a loft family room with a flat-screen TV, PlayStation/Blu-ray, and an upstairs deck. In the garage there's a dartboard and Ping-Pong table.
There is a master suite with a king bed and full bath on the ground floor, with a private deck and access to the hot tub. The upstairs master suite has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and full bath. There is also a hall bath upstairs, a third bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen TV, and a fourth bedroom with two twin beds. All of the bedrooms have iPod docking stations. In total, eight guests will be very comfortable here.
Fly fish on the Deschutes River to catch something for supper, or rent a mount from the stables to see the area from horseback. On hot afternoons, play in the water at SHARC, and after the swimming and water slides have tired you out, have a bite to eat at the Riptide Cafe.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
