Provence paradise

We had amazing 2 weeks at this property. The house was really well equipped, clean and an ideal location for exploring beautiful Provence. The swimming pool was the highlight for our 2 daughters! Great communication before and during our stay ftom the friendly host.

10 days in Provence

We had a wonderful time in the Provence. The apartment is nice and the pool was already well used in May. Boulbon is a nice community with some infrastructure (bakery, small supermarket) and great starting point to go to Arles, Avignon, Orange, Nimes, Luberon, Aix, …. Phillipe is a wonderful host - thanks again!

A perfect holiday home

From the warm welcome from Philippe and his wife to the helpful communication about locking up and leaving, everything about this stay was perfect. Boulbon is a beautiful little town with all the conveniences you would need. My children particularly enjoyed the play park at the end of the street while my husband and I enjoyed the views and the restaurants! The house is fabulous and clean. A great swimming pool in a beautiful garden, good WiFi, a washing machine and dishwasher, a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds, not to mention the air conditioning - essential given temperatures hovered around 40 degrees for most of our stay. Also well located for sightseeing and only a short walk into beautiful Boulbon. Philippe and his wife were very welcoming, offering to get in shopping for us and giving useful information about the property and local area. Pre stay communication was also good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property for a wonderful holiday.

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Boulbon. Wir mochten das Haus und den Ort sehr, haben den Pool genossen ebenso wie die Ausflüge in die Städte der Provence.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt und war sehr freundlich. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht, die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Ferien

Wir waren inder ersten Juli Woche zu dritt hier. Boulbon ist die Ideale Ausgangsle um die Provence zu erkunden. Es ist ein sehr schönes, altes Dorf mit guter Infrastruktur. Bäckerei, Einkaufsladen, Restaurant - alles vorhanden. Das Haus von Philippe Sadzot ist sehr gut gelegen, in einem ruhigen Wohquartier, zu Fuss ca 800m ins Zentrum einkaufen oder essen zu gehen. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und klimatisiert, man hat alles was man braucht. Der Garten mit dem Pool ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und alles sehr genossen. Philippe Sadzot ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Es hat alles sehr gut geklappt. Wir können das Haus und Boulbon sehr empfehlen.

Un très bon séjour ensoleillé fin septembre

Nous sommes venus entre collègues pour télétravailler et profiter du sud en fin septembre. Le propriétaire a eu la gentillesse de ne pas fermer la piscine qui même fraîche nous a fait le plus grand bien, avec cette vue montagnette idyllique. La maison est très bien équipée. Le couac est le wi-fi, mais le propriétaire lui-même ne pouvait pas savoir que 4 personnes ne pouvaient avoir des réunions en visioconférence en même temps. Le télétravail à plusieurs n'est donc peut-être pas l'activité principale à avoir durant le séjour, mais pour profiter des environs, d'une maison avec piscine bien faite et de bons moments en groupe, c'est super.

Maison très fonctionnelle et parfaitement équipée, il ne manque rien pour passer un séjour très agréable dans un beau petit village au calme et malgré tout proche de toutes les commodités. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Boulbon dans la maison de Philippe. Elle est parfaitement fonctionnelle et la vue sur la Montagnette depuis le jardin est un vrai plus. Le village de Boulbon est charmant et la région regorge d’activités. Coup de coeur des enfants pour les tortues dans le jardin et les jeux et livres laissés à disposition. Nous recommandons +++ !

Super Ferienhaus!

Das Ferienhaus eignet sich hervorragend, um die Provence zu erkunden. Boulbon ist ein sehr charmanter kleiner Ort mit einer vorzüglichen Bäckerei, kleiner Pizzeria, Tennis- und Bouleplatz. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr gut durchdacht, man hat alles was man braucht. Philippe Sadzot ist ein sehr netter und engagierter Gastgeber - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Séjour parfait , maison et propriétaires au top

Trois semaines de rêve dans cette maison bien fraîche grâce à sa climatisation silencieuse, son jardin coquet et sa piscine bien relaxante! La vue depuis le jardin sans aucun vis-à-vis est splendide. La maison est située dans un charmant lotissement extrêmement calme et toutes les destinations intéressantes de la région sont proches. La maison est situé dans un très beau village, avec différents commerces, dans un quartier très calme. Elle très bien équipé (tout le confort), la cuisine est elle aussi très bien équipée et avec tous les plats nécessaire pour une famille de 5 adultes. Le jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables. Le propriétaire est fort sympathique et aux petits soins. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Gemütlich und großzügig

Das Haus ist gut und liebevoll ausgestattet mit allem, was man so braucht, um sich wohl zu fühlen, zu kochen, zu relaxen... Die Wohngegend ist ruhig, nur 200 Meter entfernt ist ein großzügiger Spiel- und Bolzplatz. Fußläufig ist der Ortskern mit Bäckerei, Pizzeria, Supermarkt, Café usw. zu erreichen. In den Hügeln hinter der Burg von Boulbon kann man wundervolle Spaziergänge und kleine Wanderungen machen. Von Boulbon aus kann man sehr viele schöne Ziele der Provence innerhalb einer Autostunde erreichen (Avignon, Pont du Gard, St. Remy de Pr., Roussillon.... Die Absprachen mit dem Gastgeber waren völlig unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Leider war der Pool im Oktober schon nicht mehr nutzbar, was der Gastgeber uns aber auch schon bei Buchung mitgeteilt hat.
