This house was perfect and just as roomy as described. It is clean, roomy and laid out so well that nobody was tripping over anybody in our big group. The location right on the golf course was very relaxing with a gorgeous back yard fire pit. Booking was a breeze and the host is gracious and easy to communicate with. 10 out of 10 stay!

We had a great week at this property in July 2026. There was plenty of space for a family of 4 (3 adults, 1 child). The bedrooms felt more spacious than other 3 bedroom properties we have stayed at on Point Sebago, and the extra half bathroom was great. Great yard/back deck and firepit area looking out on the golf course, it felt private. Comfortable beds and couches. Communication with the host (Mike) was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend!
