Villa Erdem,

It is located 10-15 minutes walking distance from the center and in a quiet location. Villa Erdem, which was completely restored in 2022, has been designed completely for our esteemed guests with its modern architecture. Villa Erdem consists of 4 bedrooms in total, 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the 1st floor. It is almost inevitable to have a fun time during your holiday from our villa with a dining table for 6 people where you can have pleasant meals on its wide and sun-protected veranda, a large 45 m2 pool, and a barbecue area right next to the pool.


Ground floor,


The kitchen has a modern and fully equipped renovated kitchen. In addition to the stove / Oven / Fridge Freezer / Washing machine and Microwave for cooking, small household appliances such as Kettle / Toaster / Toaster / Teapot (tea) / Coffee machine / are available. There are cutlery, dinnerware, pots and pans according to the capacity of the villa.


In the living room, there is a comfortable seating group consisting of a modern L armchair, a coffee table, a TV, and air conditioning.


1st bedroom; There are 2 single beds, wardrobe, nightstand and air conditioning. There is also 1 bathroom and toilet on the ground floor for the use of this bedroom.

Upstairs,

2.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed with en-suite bathroom, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser, make-up table and air conditioning.
3.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and air conditioning.
4.Bedroom; There is 1 double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, and air conditioning.

There is 1 bathroom and toilet on this floor for the use of our 3rd and 4th bedrooms.


Garden,


It has a large garden of 650 m2 and a swimming pool of 45 m2 on the front of the villa. There are enough sun loungers and parasols.
You can also enjoy long hours of food in the garden with the barbecue in the garden.

After the current guest leaves, all the textile products in the villa are washed, dried, ironed in a well-equipped and hygienic environment in our company's laundry room, and are ready for use again in packages before the new guest.

With the awareness of caring about the health and hygiene of our guests who will stay in the villa, the entire villa is disinfected after cleaning at the entrance / exit interval of the guests on the same day.

Lovely villa, great pool!

Had a great stay at Villa Erdem. Arrived much later than expected but were still met and shown around. A couple of minor issues which were dealt with quickly. Good communication throughout our stay. Around 15 mins stroll into town. Hired bikes for a few days which helped with our shopping in the morning! Good facilities, fabulous pool, would recommend.

Fabulous villa in a peaceful setting

As a family of 4 (two children aged 12 and 10) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Park Erdem. The internal layout was spacious, clean and provided us with everything we needed. Externally the pool was clean (checked daily) and loved by our children. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the start of the centre of Dalyan and there is a ‘corner shop’ approximately 5 minutes walk away which was helpful for fresh bread and ice creams. Communication was meant efficient both before and during our stay. We would be happy to return to this villa.

Lovely villa for a self sufficient stay

Villa is lovely and very spacious. Location is further out from the main town but still only a 15 minute walk or 5 minute taxi ride. Ozgur, the property manager is very helpful and deals with any queries quickly and efficiently. Just a note there aren’t any cleaning products at the property so you’ll need to go shopping to keep the villa clean during your stay. Pool and garden are maintained daily though and are spotless. Overall we had a very relaxing and enjoyable fortnight at Villa Erdem and would book again.

Excellent Villa

Beautiful villa located in a quiet location. A taxi in to town is about 5 mins away and costs around 70tl. All rooms were spacious with excellent air conditioning throughout. The pool is large with enough room around it for the comfortable sun loungers. Plenty of seating and dining areas in the shade. There is a water dispenser which is very cheap to replace the bottle and a well equipped kitchen. However, it would be good if plastic cups were provided for outside use. Management company met us on arrival and ensured we were happy with everything. Would definitely recommend this villa and stay again.

Die Lage des Unterkunftes ist perfekt. Im großen uns ganzen waren wir zu Frieden. Nur die Überwachung des Pools üst nicht richtig. Obwohl jeden Tag sauber gemacht und Chlor hinzugefügt wurde war das Wasser M Abend verschwommen.
