From the south facing terrace, where you can enjoy the sun almost all day, you have an unobstructed view over the Mediterranean sea, the marina of Altea Mascarat and the bays of Altea, Albir and the Sierra Helada. The apartment complex has 3 swimming pools and 2 padel courts. The beach is within walking distance and in the immediate vicinity of the marina are restaurants and cozy terraces.

Tweede keer op vakantie in dit mooi appartement

We verbleven hier reeds in het voorjaar 2023 en nu opnieuw in het najaar 2023. Het bevalt ons best: mooi, kraaknet en comfortabel appartement met een ruim en zonnig terras. Alle nodige uitrustingen zijn er: airco, verzorgde kleine keuken met vaatwasser, wasmachine en droogkast (combi) in de berging, ruim bemeten parkeerplaats in een parkeergarage vlakbij het appartement (50m). Een auto is wel een vereiste. Er zijn helaas geen winkels op wandelafstand. De eigenaar is heel makkelijk te bereiken en reageert heel snel op mogelijke vragen of problemen. De was/droogcombi liet het afweten en werd binnen de 3 dagen vervangen door een nieuw toestel. Voor ons was het opnieuw een geslaagde en aangename vakantie.

Altea Holiday

Property was great. View from balcony just as on listing. Property well equipped and clean. Pool area terrific.. Problem with key fobs on arrival but replacement keys were provided at the earliest possible opportunity and the owner remained in contact throughout.
