Modern villa or house with private pool on one level, located in a very quiet residential environment and just 5 minutes by car from the famous Dunes and Playa de Maspalomas in Gran Canaria and 2 minutes from the golf course. It is a private house that covers more than 350 m2 of plot, stands out for its comfortable equipment and its spaciousness. It also has a large private pool with hydromassage and an outdoor terrace with a barbecue.



This exclusive rental house with private pool in Gran Canaria, Maspalomas, one with 2 single beds and the other two with double beds. The master bedroom has a private bathroom with a shower and there is an additional fully equipped bathroom. All rooms have air conditioning (hot and cold).



In addition, there is a spacious living room, from where you can enjoy the views of the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils ... The 55 "smart TV includes all premium channels, sports , movies, series, Netflix, Youtube, international channels ... so entertainment is guaranteed High-speed and unlimited Wi-Fi throughout the house.



Outside there is the pool, a large terrace with 6 sun loungers and a covered terrace with living-dining room furniture and a built-in barbecue, ideal to enjoy the climate of Gran Canaria at any time of the year.

The property was exactly as expected although the pool was slightly smaller than expected. the dishwasher broke down half way through our holiday and was not fixed by the end of the holiday.

Better than the pictures

This house was accurately represented in every way, the pool setting was completely stunning. The house was clean and comfortable, the landlord was extraordinarily attentive. He answered back in moments. When we did run into a small problem with the electricity he had it fixed within the hour. We enjoyed the location as it was quiet, close to everything and no more than a 3 1/2 euro cab ride when we didn’t feel like walking.

Die Unterkunft war zentral gelegen im Ort. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ging einfach über WhatsApp. Kleine Probleme in der Unterkunft wurden sofort behoben.

Eine tolle Ferienwohnung in Maspalomas in ruhiger Lage

Freundlicher Kontakt, einfacher Check-In. Sauberkeit top, es wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nochmal gereinigt und es gab frische Handtücher. Für den Start wurde alles bereitgestellt. Gern wieder!

Great villa

We had a good time at this villa. Everything we needed was present. The washing machine + dryer are a big bonus. Also the possibility to park the car under a closed carport is very convenient. Would definitely go back.
