PRESENTATION OF THE STRUCTURE
The apartments "Feudo di Plutino" are located in Parghelia in the area of the suggestive "Costa degli Dei", 1 km from the renowned Tropea, facing the Tyrrhenian coast and the Aeolian islands, the embarkation for the islands is 5 m d ' car from our facility. The structures are about 400 m from the sea, very close to various beaches, some reachable on foot through a magnificent panoramic road, others by car. Free beaches with suggestive cliffs and white sand and beaches equipped with beaches and all comforts. In addition to the approximately 40 km of coastline known as the coast of the gods, it is also possible to visit enchanting places steeped in art and the historic center of Tropea is about 1.5 km away.
The b & b and the apartments "Feudo di Plutino" were born following the renovation of an old farmhouse. It is a completely family-run establishment that offers its guests a welcoming and comfortable accommodation, respecting the simplicity and authenticity that characterize the tradition. Calabria. The three-room apartment designed to accommodate 2-6 people consists of a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, double bedroom, bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom with shower, and TV hairdryer, wi fi in the common areas. Could be so much better with a little effort

Although the inside of the apartment was clean and lovely, our first impression was made because of a dirty, sticky terrace with dirty chairs, full of ants. The kitchen misses a lot of necessary utensils like a sharp knife, a bread knife,... It also didn't help we saw a rat running around the property and on our terrace. The view from outside was great, we saw the sea but also had a view of 4 large bins. The garden with the orange trees could have been more appealing if there weren't so many rotten oranges on the ground. There was no plan of the property explaining where everything is, like the washing machine. With a little effort it could have been so much better!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in Stefanias Holidayhouse! Es war wirklich traumhaft. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Klopapier, Spülmittel und Küchenpapier mussten wir selber kaufen. Ansonsten war alles vorhanden.

Unglaublich toller und Unvergessener Urlaub!

Unser Urlaub mit unserer kleinen 5er Gruppe war nicht nur traumhaft, sondern wird unvergessen bleiben!!! Wir waren 14 Tage dort und schon beim Ankommen auf dem Anwesen, waren wir begeistert! Wunderschön und traumhaft mit den ganzen Obssträuchern und Bäumen, hauptsächlich Orangen. Schon der Empfang von Stefania war nicht nur herzlich, sondern wir haben uns direkt willkommen gefühlt! Stefania, die Gastgeberin, ist eine unwahrscheinlich nette, lustige und hilfsbereite Person. Immer da bei Fragen und immer ein Lachen auf den Lippen. Eine tolle Frau! Das Anwesen ist einfach ein Traum und die Umgebung, besonders mit dem nahen Tropea, ist jederzeit ein Wiederkommen wert, was wir auch sicherlich tun werden! Wir waren alle mehr als zufrieden und würden den Urlaub jederzeit wieder buchen und werden auch wieder kommen! Grüße Tobi
