House 100 meters from the so-called "Natural Pool" of Binibeca, with stunning sea views. 3 m from the town of Binibeca Vell and 10 minutes walk to the beach of Binibeca. Living room with kitchen incorporated by an American bar. Private pool. It consists of 3 bedrooms, and two bathrooms. The main room has a double bed and a built-in bathroom. The other two rooms have two beds and share a bathroom. It has a wood stove for winter. The house is not prepared for children under 14 years.

This property is in the perfect location. It is right next to the rocks and ocean. Only a few minutes from the supermarket and village and 10 min walk to the beach. Location perfect.Communication with the host was excellent. She enabled us to have early check-in and late check-out as there wasn’t anyone in before or after. This was a huge bonus. She messaged me quickly with all questions and responses. So kind to leave us some water in the house. The villa hasn’t got air conditioning which was advertised. When there was a breeze this worked well by having windows open and fans on. One of the ceiling fans didn’t work but the host tried her best to get this fixed while we were there. Pool was clean. Could do with a couple more sun beds. But all adequate for our stay.I would definitely stay again! We had a lot of fun! Thank you

Maison typique de Binibeca très agréable et très bien située à 2 pas de la mer. Notre séjour s’est déroulé à merveille. Petite pépite : le roof top pour les apéros et dîners en admirant le coucher de soleil. Nous recommandons vivement

Why they chose this property

It is a house with a perfect size, with terrace and wonderful terrace with views, located in a privileged place and taken care of with affection. It has details that make her charming.
Children under the age of 14 can not stay in the house because they do not comply with elements for their safety: there is no fence that surrounds the pool, the roof fence does not meet the requirements required to accommodate children.
Cleaning costs of € 80 must be delivered when picking up the key
