OM Lapa Apartment, Lisbon

This is the spirit we hope you will find in this space we have created carefully for you. To feel OM outside your own home.

This nomadic flat with a beautiful garden is located in a familiar building from 19th century, in one of the most privileged areas of Lisbon, Estrela. We also have two other flats named OM Family and OM São Lázaro.

The apartment was fully renovated in 2018 and is in the 1st floor of our family building without lift (we live upstairs)

Please note that during the week days there will be noise between 9 am-5pm from surroundings construction. This is a perfect place for daily people and not "party animals" :)

Pay attention:
In the backyards there is a beautiful private garden and a bungalow.
Only in bookings with more than four guests we open the bungalow area, which have 2 more rooms and 1 toilet. Otherwise (and only if you are less than four guests) please request that issue, tax. 15eur / day.
There are restrict rules about the use of the garden, so please read all rules.

All rooms have bed linnen and bath towels and have plenty of light, except the interior one (note that 2 rooms are inside the main apartment and the other 2 inside the bungalow).

Four bedroom apartment, one closet room, one private garden, spacious and natural illuminated living / dining area, equipped kitchen, entrance hall and two toilets.
The height of the ceiling in the main apartment is about 2.20 meters and the doors no more than 1.95 meters. It is a good way to get used because everything in Lisbon is little :) In the bungalow the ceiling is much higher.
The apartment's street has a drop-off. However has amazing views across the river!

• Master Bedroom, facing west (the private garden), with a double bed (200x140) and closet.
• Bedroom 1, with a double bed (200x140), interior.
• Bedroom 2, inside the bungalow, facing south (the private garden), with a double bed (200x140).
• Bedroom 3, inside the bungalow, facing east (the private garden), with a bunk bed for 2 people and a foldable single bed (200x90).
• Equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, expresso machine (Nespresso), with free coffee / tea and all kind of excellent quality kitchen utensils.
• Living room with a chaise longue sofa, flat screen TV and a dining area for 8/10 persons.
• Toilet 1 (inside the main apartment) with shower. Hair dryer, and bathroon scale.
• Toilet 2 (inside the bungalow) with deck. Heater included.
• Beautiful, sunny and spacious private garden.
• Comfortable bed linens and bath towels provided.
• Eletric heating.
• Wi-fi included.


We also can provide a baby crib, bath tub and baby chair (bed linens and towels included). Also beach supplies. For that we charge a fee, please ask us if it is available.

At check-in we provide all information for a nice stay, such as places to visit, transports, restaurants, tours and cultural agenda. We will be happy to help you with all the necessary information for you to have a wonderful time in Lisbon.

It was a pleasure to define the colors, materials and objects to be included in
the apartment. In its refurbishment, it was always our intention to highlight our
traditions and to show our passion and work. Each detail was carefully thought in order
to create a pleasant environment. We think the goal was achieved!
