"Loft Costera" In the heart of the historic center of Orosei

In the heart of the historic center of Orosei the studio is located in an old courtyard (with parking) where other buildings overlook, near the church of San Giacomo and the oratory of Santa Croce.
The 32 sqm studio was restored in 2018, leaving the atmosphere of the old Sardinian houses suitable for young couples or families with a small child. Originally it was used as a bread room and even now there is the oven to make the typical Sardinian bread, trying to take advantage of all the spaces with skillful transformation and obtained a comfortable dining area, a bathroom and with a very comfortable foldaway bed you can spend a wonderful holiday.
Nearby are shops, restaurants, bars. You can reach the nearest beach along the bike path, or using the shuttle bus service with the nearby beach of Marina di Orosei.

La perfezione

Monolocale nel centro storico, spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario e da poco ristrutturato e ben arredato. Si raggiunge a piedi la via principale del paese dove ci sono locali e ristoranti Non manca nulla ( tutto come da descrizione, ben funzionante). La signora Antonietta è stata molto disponibile e gentile, anche nel risolvere problemi non collegati direttamente alla casa. Tutto perfetto ve lo consigliamo. Eli e Miki

C'è tutto quel che serve per una coppia in vacanza, pulizia, posto auto(necessario ad Orosei), vicinanza a belle spiagge, wi-fi, zanzariere e lavatrice. Consigliato

Heerlijk verblijf

Goede ligging (je moet wel wat hoogte-meters maken). Er is geen tuintje of eigen terras. Tegenover de woning is een zitje waar je gebruik van kunt maken. Dat was prima. Huisje is keurig. Het huisje zelf aan de buitenkant (erg mooi) steekt af ten opzichte van de andere woningen in de straat. Prijs/kwaliteit is goed. Wij hebben een fijne tijd daar gehad. Er was geen/nauwelijks contact met de eigenaar. Transport van vliegveld naar orosei is uitstekend te doen met Deplana, kost 10 euro pp. Strand is op 40 min. lopen afstand. Centrum op slechts 5 min.

EXCELLENT SEJOUR EN SARDAIGNE

Appartement très agréable, décoré avec beaucoup de gout, bien équipé pour deux personnes. Idéalement placé dans Orosei, à proximité du centre historique de la ville et des commerces, dans un quartier authentique. La propriétaire, Maria Antonietta est disponible et très sympathique . Orosei étant situé sur la côte centre Est de la Sardaigne, nous avons pu rayonner dans toute l'ile pour visiter beaucoup de régions du nord au sud, côte ouest et la montagne. Il y a beaucoup de très belles plages à proximité (Cala Osala, Cala Ginepro, Cala Gonone, etc ...). Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, dans une région magnifique.

Tutto perfetto

Monolocale con bagno,ripostiglio, posto auto e spazio esterno. Situato nel centro storico di Orosei. Tutto nuovo,completo di tutte le comodità (solo il wifi non è presente). Anche con il letto abbassato c'è spazio sufficiente. Maria Antonietta è adorabile e sempre disponibile, grazie abbiamo passato una settimana meravigliosa!!!

Gemütlich, neu renoviert, nah am Stadtzentrum

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und bemüht und die Wohnung verfügt über alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände und Utensilien. Man lebt zwischen sehr freundlichen Einheimischen und nur wenige Schritte vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Zum Strand sind es 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ein etwas längerer Spaziergang. Die Wohnung ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Ich kann jedem einen Aufenthalt in dieser reizenden kleinen Wohnung empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 10 giorni in questa casa vacanza. La casa e' stata rinnovata di recente e tutta la dotazione e' risultata nuova e completa: il proprietario ci ha confermato di essere i primi ospiti dopo la ristrutturazione. Lo spazio a disposizione e' più che sufficiente anche quando il letto e' abbassato. il bagno e' funzionale e ben organizzato, al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato la biancheria pulita. La casa dispone di aria condizionata, utile in quanto la casa può' scaldarsi durante il giorno. Lo spazio esterno offre un posto auto e un angolo riparato dove poter stendere ad asciugare i teli. La proprietà', che ci ha accolto personalmente all'arrivo, e' stata disponibile a darci consigli e suggerimenti riguardo ristoranti e spiagge da visitare, che sono, per la maggior parte, raggiungibili in poco più di 30 minuti di auto. La casa e' nel centro storico di Orosei, a pochi metri da ristoranti ed esercizi commerciali. Grazie molte quindi per l'ospitalità', alla prossima!
