This fabulous Spinnaker has it all! 703 Spinnaker is an end-unit townhome that has three bedrooms. You and your guests will enjoy amazing ocean views from every window. From either of the two decks you can watch the sun rise in the morning to the east and the sky turn bright oranges and reds as the sun sets in the evening over the Edisto River. Walk to Seabrook Island's two championship golf course, the Beach Club pools, dining at the Clubhouse and Pelican's Nest, and Seabrook's 3.5 miles of white sand beaches. This townhome is the perfect Seabrook Island vacation home.
When you enter the home, you will first notice this expansive water view through the wall of windows facing the ocean. The great room features cathedral ceilings and a bright blue decor that reminds you that you are at the beach. Comfortable rattan and upholstered furnishings in the great room invite you to relax. Watch your favorite TV shows or movies on the large tv. Enjoy quiet conversation with your family and friends while lounging in the separate seating area facing the ocean. Step through the sliding doors to the deck where you can enjoy afternoon drinks or relax while grilling dinner on the gas grill. The kitchen is open to the great room. The adjacent dining room is surrounded by windows and has a table for 6. There is seating for one more guest at the kitchen island.
There are three bedrooms in this townhome. The first floor bedroom has a king, four post bed. An armoire holds a large HDTV and can easily accommodate your vacation clothing. Just outside the door is a full, hall bath that has a tiled shower/tub and a granite topped vanity. Head upstairs to the 2nd floor where there are two additional bedrooms. The 2nd bedroom (master) has a king bed, HDTV, and sliding doors accessing a sun deck. Wake up early and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Retreat with a book and catch the sun's rays during the afternoon. You will love the views of the ocean and Deveaux Banks beyond. The 3rd bedroom has a full bed and TV. A full bath sits between the two upstairs bedrooms. It has tile flooring, a vanity with granite, and a tiled shower with glass doors.
In addition to having beautiful views and a gorgeous decor, this home is located just steps from the Seabrook Island Clubhouse, its two championship golf courses, Crooked Oaks and Ocean Winds, dining at Bohicket Lounge, the Palmetto Room and the Pelican's Nest, and the Beach Club pools.

Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 3
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Amenity access, allowing you access to the Seabrook Island Club amenities, is INCLUDED at no additional cost in this rental
Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your "key" to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
