Bright and well-furnished holiday cottage located on the outskirts of a scenic, newer cottage area at Tranum Strand. Open concept kitchen and living room, 3 bedrooms, alcove, bathroom with whirlpool and access to the sauna and a guest bathroom. The decor is in modern, Danish style, bright, tasteful and functional. The living room is spacious and bright and has a dining area at the kitchen. There is a PlayStation. The large floor-to-ceiling windows provide the best lighting all day as well as access to terraces. In order to ensure the lowest possible energy costs and the best possible indoor temperature and air there is an air-to-air heat pump. There are terraces facing east, south and west with great views of an untouched natural area where you can sunbathe and have barbecues. A part of the terrace is sheltered from the wind. The level lawn plot is suited for ball games. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date.
