The house, which is completely unique and built in a very exciting style, was built in 2009 and extended and renovated in 2025. Definitely for the discerning tenant. The living room is located on a raised level compared to the kitchen, bedrooms, and family room, and there is a wood-burning stove between the living room and family room - very attractive and very functional. From here, you have the most beautiful view of both the countryside and the North Sea. The well-equipped kitchen has new appliances, including an induction hob, microwave, and oven with built-in air fryer. In addition, there is also a dishwasher and boiling water tap for extra luxury. The rooms are spacious and bright. The beds, which have all been replaced with new exclusive luxury beds and new duvets and pillows, are a fantastic plus. From the family room, there is direct access to the terrace and also a beautiful sea view and view of the countryside. The house has cable TV and free wireless internet - a lightning-fast fiber optic connection. All tiled floors have underfloor heating. The house is spacious and offers plenty of room for socializing, playing, and relaxing, and is also equipped with a large 65-inch TV. Outside, you will find two large, well-placed terraces totaling 196 m², including two covered terraces of 32 m² and 6 m² respectively, with views of the area and the North Sea. From mid-June 2025, the house will also have a significantly expanded terrace area and a lovely wilderness bath. A maximum of 1 pet is welcome. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
