La casa della Latta is a nice apartment inside an old tin workshop. Immediately outside the walls of the historic center, you can enjoy maximum comfort due to the presence of wifi and air conditioning and the tranquility of the terrace.
The furniture is refined and each piece of furniture has been designed to make the house unique and welcoming.
The terrace is furnished for outdoor dining and relaxing moments.
The covered private parking will make it easy to arrive and leave your car, and the presence of the concierge makes the area very safe.

View of the wall

The apartment was comfortable and had all the things we needed to make a good meal. It was a little distant from grocery store as we did not have a car. Some difficulty getting in and out on the weekend but others in our party got the info and it was not clearly shared. Overall, a great base for seeing Lucca.

Disappointing

Location is great but the following were major concerns Instructions to the property from the car park were vague and somewhat unclear - and we had a problem finding the apartment In addition there was no beside lamps in one of the rooms, a broken glass jug in the kitchen, no corkscrew, a broken cutlery basket, broken and stained kitchen chairs, no lock on the bathroom door and the door does not close easily No bin, hand towel or toilet roll holder in the bathroom, loose floor boards in bedroom, broken radiator, no Wi-Fi in main bedroom, shower ran hot and cold and power switch to the boiler should have been labelled, not enough bedding eg. Insufficient pillows supplied, And finally we were unable to get out of the car park! Although we booked with Vrbo we discovered reviews on another platform - in July, with identical complaints that had not been rectified which suggested lack of care of attention to visitors expectation and comfort The location was great and we felt most of the problems could have easily been sorted and if so it would have been a fabulous place to stay!

Wohnung leider nicht wie erhofft

Das Check in Verfahren war äußerst kompliziert, da wir nur durch eine kurze Mail am Morgen der Ankunft über alles informiert wurden. Um sowohl im Parkhaus wie auch den Weg zur Wohnung zu finden, war sehr schwierig. Eine Person vor Ort zur Einweisung wäre absolut notwendig gewesen. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben, trotzdem waren wir enttäuscht. Eine sehr kleine Kaffeemaschine, die Stühle in der Küche waren total schmutzig und der Stoff eingerissen, im Schlafzimmer klafft ein langer Mauerriss mit Löchern am Bett entlang, eine Überwurfdecke war voll Flecken, es roch nach alten Möbeln und Teppichen, schlafen bei geöffnetem Fenster war wegen der Hauptstraßen Lage nicht möglich, das WLAN war wegen Langsamkeit nicht zu benutzen. Der Balkon war als netter Aufenthaltsort nicht wirklich geeignet, da die Stühle total unbequem waren, er in den Innenhof zeigt und von den umliegenden Büros einsehbar war. Wollte man am Sonntag oder nach 22.30 Uhr zu der Wohnung war das Tor an der Strasse geschlossen und man musste man den gesamten Weg durch das Parkhaus, Hausflur und Innenhof laufen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist direkt an der Mauer und in ca. 5 Min. ist man in der Altstadt oder am Bahnhof. Sehr gute Zugverbindungen nach Pisa und Florenz. Lucca ist eine nochmalige Reise wert, aber nicht in dieser Wohnung!

Super Lage

Die Wohnung liegt genau an der Stadtmauer und in kurzer Zeit ist man in der Altstadt von Lucca. Die Wohnung hat einen Parkplatz was gerade bei Tagestouren sehr hilfreich ist. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte ein wenig besser. Bei Anfragen wurde sehr schnell gelöst und ein wenn ein Weinglas fehlte war in 5 Minuten ein Neues dar.

Parfait pour passer quelques jours en face de la vieille ville de Lucca

L’appartement est parfaitement situé juste en face des remparts de Lucca (attention situation très passante) L’accès se fait a pieds pour la vieille ville et l’appartement dispose d’un parking ce qui est un atout non négligeable Appartement de bon goût et bien aménagé disposant d’une terrasse qui pourrait même être encore améliorée Nous conseillons surtout pour les courts séjours et transits par Lucca

Gorgeous apartment with a great location.

Well apportioned second story apt with outdoor patio. Secure parking. Never needed our car, place is directly outside the Lucca walls. Train station about 3blocks away, so an easy day trip to Florence, too.
