Rural holiday home with a private pool near Conil de la Frontera. Just six minutes drive away from the coves and beaches of Roche, including the well-known Cala del Aceite.

The property consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two singles, one bathroom, and a large lounge-diner with single sofa bed. The kitchen has brand new electrodomestics, electric hob, and thermal electricity from solar panels.

WiFi and cable TV are included.



The house, of recent construction in a rural style is fully equipped with all utensils and items necessary to make your stay as comfortable as possible, including modern, simple and bright furniture.

Also includes private parking, private swimming pool with sun loungers, barbecue area and exterior furniture.



LOCATION



The property is located on the outskirts of Conil, opposite Chinarejo pine forest and just seven minutes drive from the town of Conil de la Frontera.



The beaches and coves of Roche and the Cala del Aceite are six minutes´ drive away.

Está a 7 minutos de Conil centro y se está muy tranquilo Además tiene muy cerca el bar y el super, un paseo entre los pinos...Un montón de restaurantes,gasolinera, tiendas...,a escasos metros, de hecho yo iba caminando. Mucho q visitar cerca: Barbate, Zahara Atunes, Caños de Meca, faro Trafalgar,Tarifa... Me encantó todo

Me ha gustado la ubicación, el patio particular con la piscina y la barbacoa. En general la casa está bastante bien. El contacto, Jesús, nos atendió muy bien. Lo que menos, el calor por la noche en las habitaciones. Tuvimos que sacar los colchones al salón. Fue una incomodidad total. Solo hay un AA en el salón. Le faltan tazas, algún trapo par secar y un hule para la mesa de fuera.
