YOUR HOLIDAY HOME AT 50M FROM THE SEA
Renovated house bright and contemporary of 110 m2 on a pretty Zen garden.
Near the various beaches and the center of the village, it is an ideal place to do everything on foot.
The house has a beautiful living space on the ground floor, living room, dining room and kitchen open by large windows on a beautiful wooden terrace in a quiet and sheltered from the wind (large garden table, chairs rest ).
You will have on the first floor of a parental suite (lit160, big cupboards, room of bath with a big shower and toilet) on a privative terrace (sunbathing) as well as a small room reading corner with a bench or it is possible to put a bed of a person or a BB bed (available).
The second floor serves two bedrooms (bed 140, sink area, office) and a bathroom (bath) wc.
One of the rooms has a small sea view.
The house has all the desired comfort with lots of storage space.
You will have wifi freely accessible as well as TV with many programs (netflix)
A technical room (small garage) will allow you to store your bicycles.
Washing machine and dryer.
All linen and towels will be provided and cleaning is included in the rental price at 1500 euros per week.
We live this house the rest of the year and we are non smoker.
Your small pets will have to find another accommodation.
The house is available from July 20th to August 10th for 3 weeks.
Minimum rental required one week.
