Elegant apartment located on the first floor of a building 5 meters from via duomo, the main feature and the view of the archaeological excavations of Carminiello ai mannesi, an important Neapolitan archaeological site. Very well located, the apartment is located in the center between the two main arteries of the historic center, via dei tribunali, famous for the most important pizzerias and for being the meeting place for Neapolitan inhabitants and students present in the city, and via san Biagio dei librai commonly called Spaccanapoli, where you can admire the art of Neapolitan nativity scenes and many tourist sites (underground Naples, San Gregorio Armeno ect ect. The house is composed as follows: a comfortable kitchen equipped with the presence of a comfortable sofa, a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a bathroom with shower. The centrality of the house makes it very popular with tourists.

Neighborhood was quite a surprise, in a good way! Loved the vibe. What a beautiful city and beautiful people ! Can’t wait to go back.
Apartment was as promised. Only issue was the propane running out, which was taken care of promptly. Wi-fi was an issue no matter where we were in Italy.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the old historic part of Naples.
Raffaele met us at the door with the keys. He was very helpful and friendly though he didn't speak a lot od English it was enough for us and he showed us on the map places of interest, restaurants etc. Naples is full of character and we had a great time. The apartment was spotless, modern and a great location for the train station, sea front etc. Antica pizzeria did amazing pizzas and only 5-10 minutes walk away. When we left we just had to push the keys through the door. Would definitely stay there again.

Great location, attentive host
Raffaele gave great instructions and responded quickly to an issue with the plumbing. The apartment is in the perfect location to explore Naples.
There are a few key features either missing or broken: bed slats, a dining chair, bedside lights which would help make the stay more comfortable.
The issue that needs the most attention is the terrible smell from the drains in the bathroom the plug in air freshener just didn’t manage to deal with it.
My partner and I, who are both retired, spent a very comfortable month in this wonderful apartment. Many have already commented on the great location in the very heart of old Naples -- near the big east/west streets: Tribunali and Spaccanapoli, five minutes from the Duomo, 10 minutes from a major Caravaggio painting, but they didn't mention that the apartment is set in a short cul-de-sac away from the noise of Via Duomo -- so it is quiet. No-one has mentioned the high ceilings and, best of all, because there are windows at the front and the sides there is a cross breeze bringing fresh air. The host is superb. All questions are answered quickly. We would stay here again (and again)!
We really enjoyed our time here. It truly is in the heart of the old city. We were able to walk to most of the tours we planned from there. We would recommend staying here.
Thank you Raffaele! My husband an I had a great time in Napoli. The apartment was spotless,checking-in easy and the location was perfect,Loved the neighborhood apartment was quiet, away from the frenzy of Naples streets. Neighborhood restaurants amazing. The only problem was we didn’t stay long enough! We loved Naples!,,,,
